We recently noticed that they just didn't show up to our office one week, then the next. We are moving to a new space so as you can imagine we have our typical day to day trash plus a bit more associated to the move. I called the office and spoke with Tony and made him aware that we had not had service for a couple of weeks and the response I received was UNBELIEVABLE! they not only refused to come out but proceeded to tell me that they dropped us and for what reason I do not know. Tony the man I spoke with simply said "He" did not tell them not to come but would look into it. He went on to ask what kind of contract we had with them and when I told him and said "Oh you are only a once a week contract" as opposed to apologizing for the appalling customer service. Not only would we never use this company again but would highly recommend not one else do as well. They are only concerned with how much money they can make off you. So sad that Boston Cleaning has chosen to base their company on sub standard client service.

I bought a Groupon for Dustbusters, and successfully scheduled an appointment. The cleaning went…read morewell & I was pleased that my husband had also purchased the same Groupon so we could try them again. Unfortunately the second time I tried to schedule an appointment, Karen rudely explained to me that it was "limit one per address." ("What are we going to do? Send 10 cleaning crews for each of your 10 kids?") I carefully read the fine print and pointed out that it was actually "limit one per person" and if I had 10 kids with Groupon accounts, they should certainly honor each Groupon. She then told me that it was Groupon's rules and that I had to call them so they could tell me that I couldn't use it. I spoke to her boss and he explained to me that they used Groupon to get new customers and could not afford to send a cleaning crew to the same address twice. Neither of them would listen to the terms of the Groupon that I had purchased, which clearly allowed two people from the same household to purchase the voucher. He suggested I give my voucher to a neighbor! So I called Groupon and they said that there was no limit per address, but they could not force Dustbusters to honor the Groupon since it was their business. Groupon apologized for the mess and refunded my husband for his voucher. I will never use Dustbusters again.
