Cleaning review: The home had been partially cleaned and there were several areas that received a cursory, and not thorough, cleaning. The cleaners missed several big items including an entire section of cabinets in the kitchen (16 to be exact), sections of shelves undusted, and completely missed the faucets in one tub. I never said that and I was just trying to understand what the heck was going on and not feel like I was being taken advantage of or being confused with another customer. She also made a comment about her workers needing the money more than I did which I thought was completely out of line. If you use Marli's cleaning service, I highly recommend you get it in writing how much is being quoted so there in no question what's being charged and no wildly unprofessional accusations.
