This place is gorgeous and everything is top notch! Pulling in it just feels like a special experience. You can self park, but there is also typically a valet available. The building and the grounds are gorgeous. My niece said "I feel like we're at a castle" and it does have that royal kind of feel. The main room has a lot of space and is gorgeously decorated. It can be set up for a wide variety of events and there is ample space for a dance floor. The outdoor space is equally gorgeous. It is well manicured with tons of gorgeous flowers. The banquet coordinator is very communicative and easy to work with. As was the entire staff. Servers are efficient and friendly and very non intrusive. Maybe most importantly, the food is really good! It is easy to write it in for banquet food, but that isn't the case here. There are a wide variety of options to choose from when you are planning the menu for your guests and honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the choices. Plenty of great spots for photography. I love that you can see the bands playing no matter where you are in the venue because of the way it's designed. I'm short so that's a huge issue for me at most concerts but not here! The sound quality is really great for being an outdoor venue as well. It's always a beautiful view with the sunset behind the stage.

The theater was near capacity for a Sunday matinee performance and the staff of the theater as well as the actors performed flawlessly. There is a delightful bar area to enjoy before the house opens or during intermission. You can get typical theater snacks, but sadly no popcorn.

And the theater is wheelchair accessible. The set up is the ground surrounded by a few higher tiers so there's not a bad spot in the building. My husband had no problems coming and going for drinks, which were inexpensive, especially for a concert venue. Great sound and screens on either side but you should have a good view even in the back. Great service, too.

I haven't been to many shows since covid and I was super excited to get out and have a blast. It did not disappoint. The show was great and we all a great time. I was pleasantly surprised to see that when I went to use the restroom there was an attendant there with a table full of basic necessities. I've traveled a lot and I've seen this type of service before but I was surprised to see it at Town Ballroom (in the best way possible). It's a nice touch especially when there's a million things you forget when you go out to the bar and don't want to have to carry a million things. Overall it was a great night. There weren't a ton of people there so it getting drinks at the bar was easy. The bar out front is great and the drinks are always on point. It's really cool the way they have giant pictures of a lot of the artists that have performed there over the years. The bar in the back is ok. The bartender seemed annoyed and was damn near inconvenienced by us standing at the bar but I just ignored his ass and enjoyed my night. It was a great night and I look forward to more shows.

We have been down on old falls street for music before but they actually had it going on this…read moreweekend. They had a main stage for the bigger named bands but also a smaller stage under a tent. Speaking of tents the also had a tent with tables and chairs. Any place you were you had a great place for listening. They also sold beer and wine. Also pop and water if you were the designated driver. Farther down on old falls street there were restaurants and food trucks. So if you spent many hours just listening you didn't go hungry. The one band we listened to the woman's voice was unbelievable. It was just a great time sitting and relaxing, people watching. Oh and listening to music. Weather was also perfect for the whole weekend.
