When I reached out to discuss correction I was received with attitude and criticism. When I went in to get my hair corrected, I was further met with attitude, disrespect, and ultimately disappointment. Furthermore, The business owner only wants cash but doesn't tell you that up front. She waited until she was rinsing out my color to tell me she only accepted cash. What they use the cash for is unknown, the salon is dirty and unkept, the bathroom never has hand soap, and the number of times my stylist picked up a hairbrush full of someone else's hair and used it on me made me sick. Not reliable, not hospitable, and not worth your time or money.

I could only deduce that he did not to spend the time correcting my hair color. He masked it by just coloring it with a dark color! I left Romie's crying! I told Romeo that he did not color it the col r I asked for! It was NOT what I asked for! He DID NOT CARE for my HAIR! He charged me $150.00! Again, not listening to me. He just wanted me to leave. Believe me, I did leave, and I am never returning! I now have to find another colorist who can fix Romeo and Romie's mess. I thought what a great deal! As any bride I'm sure, I had pictures to show them for what I wanted and what I expected. My aunt, maid of honor, bridesmaid, and even my fiancé at the time went. My aunt got the full deal just like me. They did a good job with the pedicures. That's what my fiancé I had gotten too. They didn't massage your legs or feet like we had thought they would, but overall their work was good. I got my nails done as well. I think she did a fantastic job on the marble design I had wanted, BUT the nail shapes itself wasn't what I wanted. They're supposed to be coffin shaped and I had even asked her to shape them more but she didn't. Not all my nails are the same length. It's not super noticeable but I do see it. There are some nails that are oddly shaped like my pinky, and there are parts of my real nail that she did not cover, mostly the edges. So were they perfect? No. We're they bad? Not entirely. They were jst okay. I feel they're a bit bulky too, but I have seen worse. My bridesmaid and aunt got their nails done too but only gel, no acrylics. My maid of honor got her hair done and the stylist did a fantastic job on her! I was impressed and eager to see how mine would be! My aunt got her hair done next and it came out so beautifully! Truly reminded me of Frozen'a Elsa's hair without the long braid. Then came my turn... I showed her the picture and to my dismay she put one of those terrible sock buns in my hair. The worst part was that it wasn't even centered. It was to one side! I felt absolutely devastated. I wanted to cry. Again this is my wedding day and I wanted everything to be perfect. If you look good, you feel good! But I did not feel that I looked good at all. After I was done with my hair I got sent over to makeup. I had showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. I again had good faith that my makeup would turn out beautifully as the artist had done an amazing job with my aunt. My bridesmaids eyes were on point except for her foundation. As she is a woman of color they maybe didn't know how to match her skin tone and she came out looking a little ghostly. It was more obvious in the sunlight and photos. I had shown the lady what I had wanted and I got nowhere near what I had asked for. It didn't look bad, but it just wasn't what I had showed her. The picture I showed her had eyeshadow with a beautiful light gold glitter and my makeup was flat and matte. I didn't feel that I was glowing. I did strike up the courage to say I didn't like my hair and when they asked why and I pointed to the sock bun and asked if they could take it out, they didn't truly understand my point of view. I got extremely frustrated to the point where I jst said it was fine. They did end up centering the bun thing but again I didn't want it and they didn't listen to my needs. Overall they did a terrific job with my party, but with me personally I feel they failed. When I got home and met the photographers and they started taking photos I immediately felt so overwhelmed because I did not feel that I looked my best. My eyeliner was all wonky and I tried to fix it the best I could but quite frankly I just wanted to take a shower and start new. When the photographer showed me the pictures where he photographed me getting ready, you could very clearly see the sock bun. It wasn't even hidden properly. How embarrassing! As far as their salon they were clean and professional. The atmosphere was nice, and they even offered my wine. I don't know why they dropped the ball with me because I was the only one with complaints. Everyone else looked great.

We arrived within 10 minutes of our appointment and were actually the first people in the shop, so we expected our services to run smoothly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I paid for a Tier 3 pedicure that included callus removal and a hot stone treatment, yet my feet look almost exactly the same as when I walked in. When you pay for a service, you expect that service to actually be performed, and that simply didn't happen. The bigger issue was the overall organization of the salon. Despite having scheduled appointments, the staff allowed both walk-ins and appointments to fill the pedicure chairs without prioritizing the people who had booked ahead. By the time our nail services were finished, every pedicure chair was already taken. Two of us ultimately had to cancel the pedicures we had planned because we were told we would have to wait even longer--despite being the first appointment of the day. To make matters worse, staff members repeatedly stopped in the middle of our services to grab equipment or start other clients' services that they clearly didn't have the staff available to complete right away. When we left, several people were sitting in pedicure chairs with their feet in cold water waiting for someone to begin. This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Appointments should mean something, and customers who plan ahead should not be pushed aside for walk-ins. I hope the salon improves its scheduling, staffing, and service quality because today's experience was very frustrating.

I explained that I prefer nicely blended highlights that were done mostly on the already lighter parts of my crown/Mohawk. It was my fault for not realizing she was starting whole head highlights, as I am used to getting all over color for the last 10 years. The highlights that were done are chunky all over and uneven on top. There must have been some foil sliding or bleach not put close enough to my scalp on top (or applied halfway through) that wasn't noticed. The sides are super white and then gradients to how they are supposed to look at the ends. From afar I almost look bald in those areas. The color achieved on top was kinda close to what color I wanted but once again, not nicely as blended as I wished. Also missing a whole area on top. Still giving 3 stars because the stylist was very nice and the hair cut was done well. I'm not a very confrontational person, so I will just have my hair fixed at my next appointment at another salon.
