Got Botox and fillers done here and this will be my new spot! Everyone's also so nice as I emailed them about five times for different questions / pricing / consults. Very happy I found this place. They don't dilute their Botox how small med spas do. I made the switch because Botox wasn't freezing me like it use to and only lasting one month at my last place and I'm two weeks post injection and I'm skating rink frozen with no movement just how I wanted to be! Love love love my results. I also got cheek filler which turned out beautifully as she really focused the product on the cheek bones and not the middle fat pads. Also she corrected my uneven lip filler ( done at another place ) and made my lips juicy and even! We placed filler in my jowls as well and she made sure they were even although I had active cystic acne and it was very hard to see she managed to make it perfectly even and really took her time! I'm happy I found a place that takes pride in their work and doesn't allow you to get treatments you don't need. I asked for chin filler and she showed me that I don't need it whereas other businesses would've just took the money and made my chin look crazy. I will be back and I can't wait to come back to Elle! I can't get enough of Z's hydra facials. As someone with endometriosis and reputably acne prone skin, I have never received so many (or..any) compliments on my glow and clarity. She ruined my face skin, my skin was much worse after her treatment, I have a lot of hyperpigmentation patches that I didn't have before. I told her right after the first week of follow up, and she told me to keep using her products, and my skin got worse and worse, and she ignored me and didn't respond My message after my skin was damaged by her . She thought she was so good that she ignored my warnings about my facial skin, making it worse and worse. And then she told me to go see a dermatologist and get treatment myself. and then blocked me completely. I really think she doesn't know what skin treatment is, as well as skin aesthetics, in addition to spending $ to open a beauty salon to get $ from customers, without any knowledge or ethics. professional ethics.1 very uneducated and irresponsible action. She's really fake. I didn't want to make any review here but i have to. After my skin was damaged, I still went to her beauty salon with the hope of getting treatment to get my skin back to its original state, but she had an insulting attitude, mean . , as well as having a disdainful, racist attitude because I am Asian. At the last meeting, she asked me with a challenging face, "What do you want? money or a refund? While in Over the past few months, I've always told her that what I want is for my skin to return to the way it was before I did the chemical peeling with her. very disappointed with this office. I made an appointment for a consultation for Ultherapy, it was $100.00. Cost of the procedure is $4500.00 for neck and face. Anyway I decided to cancel and get my "consultation fee" refunded. I called and tried to cancel I asked about the $100 and was told it was not refundable. They stated i was told this at the time it was not refundable. Trust me I would have remembered that. Anyway be weary of this practice. I recently had a BBL and Halo laser treatment at Elle with "Z". The results were amazing and "Z" clearly has great experience with these types of treatments as well as many others. She was very thorough when explaining everything about the procedure and she knew exactly what I needed for my skin type. You can tell "Z" is an expert in her field. I walked into Elle looking for a doctor willing to correct some past work that I had done (arm and breast lift) and Dr. Lickstein was more than willing to take on the challenge. Felt terrible about the consultation. I couldn't put my finger on it at the time. I do have Lupus and Psoriatic Arthritis and when I explained I had pain he asked me why . Maybe I'm sensitive because of my chronic conditions but it seemed obvious , did he need to ask and the tone, there was a tone. When I got my estimate I didn't think anything about until I saw another surgeon. He wanted 11,000$ more than 2 other just as qualified 1 even more qualified then him. I had eye surgery (upper and lower) and lipo on my neck one week ago. I am 50 years old. All I can say is WOW - really WOW!! My bruising is almost gone, my neck is perfect and tight, and my eyes are looking amazing even with stitches. I had neck lipo and Kybella injections at different times over the years to get rid of my sagging neck. I thought for sure I needed a lower face lift. Dr. Lickstein talked me out of that and did the less invasive (and less expensive) neck liposuction. My last surgeon had rushed my surgery and didn't do any of the work very carefully. Out of all the work my previous surgeon completed, it looks like I'm going to have to have almost all of it redone. Dr. Lickstein takes his time, seriously evaluates his approach, maps out carefully how each surgery will work, and carefully and conscientiously executes his surgical plan. After working for years in the medical field myself, I have found most surgeons either have meticulous surgical abilities or a great bedside manner. Getting both in a surgeon can be hard. Dr. Lickstein has an amazingly warm bedside manner as well. He knows what to say and when to say it to get you to hear what you need to do during recovery. He never rushes appointments and spends all the time you need to feel comfortable at each stage of recovery. The staff is also amazing! Some plastic surgeon offices have these beautiful "billboards" with highly competitive natures. It appears to be a pattern in the beauty industry. Although every person working in Dr. Lickstein's office is beautiful, everyone seems to work together as a cohesive team cooperating seamlessly for each patient as if they are their only priority. If you are considering having any plastic surgery or face work (injections, etc) done in Northern Virginia, seriously look into Elle Aesthetics (Dr. Lickstein). Hands down, Dr. Lickstein is extremely knowledgeable and a true body artist when it comes to plastic surgery. Dr. Lickstein and the Elle staff were so great to work with during my Breast Augmentation journey from start to finish! During the consult I was given so much information about implants and breast aug surgery and Dr. L made sure I understood everything and I didn't leave with any unanswered questions. Once I paid my deposit and got scheduled I came back for my pre-op appointment and the staff helped me get totally prepared for surgery. They even told me to send pictures of what look I was going for and I was pleased to know that those pictures were going to be displayed as Dr. L is in surgery. So, I made my appointment, researched his background and ratings and decided right after my consult with him to book my surgery. I felt comfortable with him since after all, I was entrusting my life to him for a major surgical procedure at age 67!! He is very personable, totally attentive and available to me post surgery and his staff is accommodating and great! I was astounded at how perfect my results are now that I am about 2 months out. Although at times I'm a bit swollen and still healing I now have a terrific, incredibly small waist and flat stomach, and gorgeous belly button. I am most impressed with the shape and curve of my waist which I have not had since age 25. It is a major change and I donated all my big, baggy shirts and bought tailored shirts I can tuck in and OMG I bought belts to wear for first time in years. I also had him do Botox for wrinkles, fillers for my fallen cheekbones and marionette lines and I also had Dr. Lickstein inject my lips which are thin and receding due to age. I got exactly the look I wanted for wrinkles, lips and cheeks...subtle, natural looking, age appropriate. I just look well rested and like a better version of me.
