Regular polish- not gel She then cut into my cuticle and I jerked my foot from her because it was unexpected and painful. I had to tell her to not continue doing that. She then dug under my toenails which led them to burn and sting for a few days after Pedicure was done quickly and was not provided the massage that was included Had to ask to be cashed out. Albeit I was on my cell phone but I did wait behind another customer and when I walked up, the employee walked away leaving me there standing I was charged $20 as an upgrade fee for them to use gel polish TWENTY DOLLARS! A bottle costs between $14-25 . For each bottle they use and charge customers $20 a piece to have gel polish. ONE bottle can cover 20to 40 manicures. 20x 20=400 30x 20=600 40x20=800 TAKE NOTE- That is how much they are making off an entire bottle (less what they paid) Sickening ! So that cost $70!

If you're not getting gel polish, the front dryers are very weak, so expect to sit for quite a while waiting for your toes to dry. I'd recommend bringing your own sandals. Once I got home and took a closer look, I noticed both of my large toenails were cut crooked, there was polish on my skin and the overall paint job was sloppy. I spent $50 and expected much better. I definitely won't be returning.
