This salon is amazing they make you feel very comfortable and always do an awesome job on the Nails themselves pedicures are also great. Can't complain after my session. They always give you a nice massage for about two minutes complementary, they are very, very clean. And sanitary. I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here. They do such a good job! Every employee works very hard to meet the needs of a demanding clientele. There are so many WALKINs and they are accommodating when possible. I have been coming here for over 10 years, I travel a lot and have been to many salons. I consider myself very picky. Aside from the wait times and unreasonable demands of some of the clients that I've seen , this is a great place. This is a clean nail salon and extremely busy, because they do good work. Do yourself a favor and make an appt and I'm sure you're experience will be better than what some of these reviews suggest. I usually get a pedicure and a powder fill, they last for weeks, because they do a good base and file around the cuticle area so that the product doesn't lift. I've had my nails done for over 20 years and traveled near and far, this is one of the best nail salons to go to, consistent. Do not hesitate to give it a try and see for yourself. I am a loyal customer! After years of trying many different area nail salons (mostly bc I get gift certificates), I always go back to Main Nails (formerly Happy Nails). Despite the fact that they are usually busy, they treat each customer special and 99% of the time I LOVE the way my nails look ... if I don't love the shade, or anything, they will fix it. The staff is friendly, and Grace is a quiet but strong role model on what excellent customer service looks like. I know almost every technician by name and even if they don't all remember me, they always make me feel welcome. They were patient and didn't rush me when I cried during my chemo treatments, yet they were speedy when I had a meeting to get to. Love the pedicure experience too! Well, where shall I start? They are supposed to be open til 7 and have closed multiple times when it's raining. ?!?! They are pushy and didn't do a good job on my toe nails. A lot of times they are to busy to see and yet they don't answer the phone to even call and ask if they are busy. Bottom line they suck. There another nail salon on broad street that seems to appreciate my money and my care to my feet and nails a little more. read more

Made an appointment for 12:30 got there on time, waiting while other people were seated that did not have appointments. Finally are put into a back room and wait another 20 minutes with feet in water till finally after being there for 40 minutes we had to leave. Would not recommend. read more

Grace is rude she has no clear meaning of customer service they need racial training big time in this High Priced nail salon. I will not be returning and I advise if you want to spend your money with ethical business go elsewhere Grace do not appreciate your business!!! A big thing for me is respect. I found the staff very disrespectful as they spoke another language throughout my visit. They even laughed and I felt a butt of their joke. I feel as if they are talking and laughing about me and my friend. I also would like them to open the sterilized tools in front of me but they brought them from another area of the salon. My go to salon! They are so nice and respectful, always making sure you are comfortable and happy. I normally get my eyebrows and lip waxed here and when I want a treat, a mani/pedi. I loved their old place and their new place is beautiful. I will always recommend them and go to them! read more
