Due to the pandemic, we had to make…read morequite a few changes to the wedding (i.e., delaying the wedding, changing the venue after our venue shut down, and streamlining the schedule), but Flee was very understanding and flexible. She was able to accommodate requests that we made for COVID safety reasons, and we were able to communicate effectively in the run-up to the wedding even though we were not able to meet in person. On the day of, Flee was a warm and wonderful presence. She was so helpful in figuring out where to set up our first look and family photos, and was so efficient in getting all the photos we wanted done. I have not really ever done posed photos like this, but Flee made my husband and I feel comfortable and nothing ever felt awkward or forced. Everything felt natural and we had so much fun throughout the day. Flee was also very careful given the COVID precautions, and we always felt safe. And the photos! Photography was one of my main priorities for the wedding, and Flee's photos were so lovely. They really make us smile when we go through them, whether it is the posed photos or the smallest details. She also got some amazing pictures of our beloved doggy, which made us so happy. The photographs really are beautiful. I cannot recommend Flee enough! She was truly great and easy to work with, especially during such a stressful time (wedding multiplied by Covid!). I only have an iPad - which I cannot access Zoom on ( Zoom recently made changes to their platform which locks out iPad users). Nor do I comprehend information presented in a Zoom format - since communication is 80% non- verbal ( things like body language and voice tone). Kaiser Health Education program FAILS by not being offered on an In Person basis- it suggests Laziness and a Lack Of Effort by Kaiser's Heath Education Staff- and Oakland Kaiser Hospital Administration- and makes the whole Health Education program - Worthless and a complete waste of time.......... The attitude of Kaiser's front-line staff and Oakland Hospital Administration - seems to be that nobody cares about quality of service or taking care of patients.
