Wish I would have shopped around. The day after I dropped it off Dave, the owner, called me telling me that the work was more extensive then they originally thought and tried to charge me significantly more and would no longer warranty their work. From the picture they sent the amount of rust on the inside was only slightly more than what was on the outside. I'm no expert, but one would think when the car is rusting from the inside out there would be more rust on the inside. When I refused to pay more then the quote he got off the phone with me. Dave called a little while later and could suddenly do the work at the price we originally agreed upon. I was told it would be a one day turn around on my car, but they've had it for 5 days I come to pick it up and there is little dings throughout the area that they fixed, they "fixed" it on the spot, but they're still there. On top of all of this Dave has horrible customer service there is no need for 2 emails, 1 phone call and 2 text messages in one day demanding that I call you it is not necessary. Will not be using them ever again. Respone to Dave's comment: Ah yes, the loaner, the heat doesn't work and it's not even 40 degrees currently and it definitely needs brakes. As for the time frame you had it Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and when I picked it up on Wednesday it wasn't done properly so your guys had to put more work into it (and it still has little dings in the area you fixed). If you want to count weekend then you had for 7 days. As for more extensive rust than you though the outside ruts measure 12"×1.5" from the picture you sent me you the potion you cut out didn't look that much bigger. You're right I did opt out of your suggestion of replacing the outer shell for over $800 because I can find the entire door online for under $400. You told me you were going to weld the piece on, but you didn't you used glue which I'm not happy about. The work you claim to do isn't what you deliver. You're right you did communicate with me several times. We talk when I dropped it off on Thursday and then again on Friday when you tried to jack up the price of the fix. You never called on Monday and I unfortunately didn't get the chance until after you were closed and I left a message stating that I was wanting to follow up and was wondering what the status of my car was. You responded to me Tuesday morning via email. You couldn't even bother to call (you apparently couldn't leave a voicemail, but nobody else had an issue and neither did you Tuesday evening). When you have told me 5 times in less then 12 hours that I need to contact you at my earliest convenience it begins to feel a little demanding. My sincerest apologizes that I my soonest wasn't quick enough for you. At no point did I take almost 24 hours to respond to you. read more

I brought my vehicle in for a front bumper cover repair/replacement. After removing the cover it was obvious it was too damaged to be repaired so it was replaced. Granted it cost a little more than the original quote, but I now have a brand new cover and it is PERFECT. The vehicle was completed on time, returned thoroughly cleaned, and I was given a loaner because the repair was going to take a little longer than originally quoted. I could not be happier with the quality of the repair, the speed at which it was done and the communication during the entire process. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I live quite far from Milford. It was every bit worth the drive. Dave was an honest gentleman, which has become increasingly rare these days. Thanks to the entire staff for an EXCEPTIONAL job! read more
