In addition to his beers, he also makes his own spirits and the whiskey was absolutely phenomenal. When you pull into the parking lot, it can be hard to tell which building the brewery was in. Particularly since there was snow covering the signs. Once we figured it out it was an adventure from there! The ambiance... It reminded me of a mix between a basement bar from the 70s and an old West bar. The owner, Bobby, was awesome! He was so friendly and relatable. We learned all about his farm, his family, and his animals. Love it! He introduced us to his amazing black garlic gin. I mean it was delicious!!! He made a great bloody Mary with it, and it was one of the best I have had. He also sent us home with some garlic and horseradish! We tried some interesting black garlic which was the consistency of a gummy bear and delicious. I can't wait to go back in the summer months. It was such a beautiful place!

But the patrons wanted their beers! It was nice to see so much enthusiasm. You go in and order at the counter. They will help you with selections.
