    Took my 2024 Honda CRV into Williams Service for the NYS Inspection and also requested my filters…read morebe checked for replacement if needed. The Employees are always friendly and very professional from the time I step into the Service Dept to the time I leave. The waiting rooms are very comfortable, so I really don't mind hanging out for an hour. I received several texts while waiting, first explaining the updating of the progress of my service. The next text was the recommendations resulting from the inspection. Along with a video of the entire inspection process - Yes, the filters were very dirty and needed replacement. More importantly, while checking the tread depth, the technician found a very large nail embedded in the tire. Because this was an added expense, I had to authorize the repair. WOW, this is great customer service!!!! I watched the entire inspection in my very comfortable chair - very impressed -I never really knew all that was checked out. When I asked about available coupons, I was told there weren't any; however, I found one on their own website within seconds. Furthermore, when I pointed out that the official Honda website listed a lower price for the service, she refused to honor it, dismissing the price gap as 'only a couple of dollars.' It wasn't about the amount, but the principle of honesty and helping the customer save. I didn't feel valued as a client here.

I purchased a car and GWC from this dealer and only had the car for about 6 months. I became increasingly dissatisfied with the car and sold it (FYI.. I believe CARFAX only reports damage if a claim was turned into an insurance company). I learned that GWC will only give refunds in NY if the car was car is totaled! I think Its part 12 or 13 on the contract. I was taken for about $1k by GWC. I have had other GWC warrantees in the past and assumed it was the same as it always was, so I didn't read the contract. The owner claimed that he didn't know about the change in GWC policy and showed no interest in helping. I would have NEVER purchased the contract if I would have known this. I now know that GWC changed ownership over the past few year,s so don't be like me and assume the GWC is the same anymore! In short, NO MATTER WHERE YOU BUY GWC READ THE CONTRACT VERY CLOSELY! YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT. As for the dealership, they are the same as most other small dealerships. If you ask me, " would you ever buy a car from them again?" I would say No.

After taking the vehicle to them to fix they informed me they would only fix 2 of the 3 problems. I then contacted the salesman to ask what was going on. His answer is below in the attached picture. After receiving that i updated my review on Google and contacted the better Business Bureau because I felt this was outrageous. Shortly after doing this I received a call from the general manager Geoff crossley. I was shocked to hear him extremely mad because of my honest review. He was so irate I was unable to explain why I was unhappy and why I wrote the review. He continued yelling over the phone and told me he is now refusing to fix anything on my car due to the review! This in itself is a violation of the new york state lemon law. He refused to fix safety issues on a car they sold to me 3 weeks prior!! While I was in the dealership during the purchase I was hearing concerning things from employees like ' we don't get paid for the sale if we don't receive a good Google and Facebook review '. I was also surprised when the sales manager was talking amongst the salesman about how much I've overpaid for the car. Not realizing I was the one that bought it standing right in front of them! I am now stuck having to pay to fix the issues with the car I bought out of pocket. NEVER COME HERE. NOT FOR SERVICE AND CERTAINLY NOT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE.

From their in store employee's to their corporate structure these people will go out of their way to try and scam you. If you try to call them they will put you on hold for about 10 minutes then hang up, or just hang up on you in general. Spent about a hour on the phone trying to speak to a manager and got the run around over and over and over. All this not to even mention HOW MUCH THEY OVERCHARGE FOR REGULAR SERVICES! IT DOES NOT COST $500 AN AXLE TO DO YOUR BRAKES LIKE THE MAN ON THE PHONE TOLD SOMEONE WHO CALLED! Not only rude to me but condescending to other patrons while i was there. They will hold your keys hostage and force money out of you under duress. Only thing i should have done is called the cops to get my keys. Scammers through and through, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They said she needed brakes all the way around. She now has a squealing noise in the rear when backing the car up. My husband took her back today and Dave (Manager) was not helpful. He said her original battery had low amperage -he brought that battery home and tested it - battery was fine. Waste of $250. He said the brakes were dusty and blew dirt out of them. Please do not fall victim to this store; go elsewhere so that you only get charged for what is actually needed. This place ripped our daughter off; she did not know better nor did they ask before proceeding with the work. Unfortunately, we tried to email about this but the provided email address is not valid. We are leaving this review to warn others to stay away from Monro; do not be scammed by them for repairs that are NOT needed!!!
