The first transmission they ordered didn't work and had a huge crack in it so they kept my care for another two weeks to get a another transmission. Once it was FINALLY "done" and I went to pick it up, the steering wheel was permanently cocked to the left..I went back to show the mechanic (the one who already drove it BEFORE I came to pick it up) and he never even noticed and had to drive it again to see the messed up steering wheel. Then he tells me to call back later in the week to fix it because they don't have a lift right now. This is BY FAR the WORST mechanic shop I have ever been too. They completely lack customer knowledge and even common sense. I have never been so angry at a mechanic in my life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR

They also let me know that I needed to have 4 wheels replaced as there was an issue with the part that you check the air in the tires. My total was going to be close to $1,000.00. I said forget about the wheels just the oil and battery but is there a leak? No leak, they assured. SO now my total is $400.00. She then calls back to say she worked the cost down to fix the one plug THEY BROKE on the tire. and by the way, the alternator needs to be replaced, that's why it is growling. That will bring you to $1000. No thanks, $400 gone and the problem I brought it in for is still broken. NEVER AGAIN!!
