Took my 2024 Honda CRV into Williams Service for the NYS Inspection and also requested my filters be checked for replacement if needed. The Employees are always friendly and very professional from the time I step into the Service Dept to the time I leave. The waiting rooms are very comfortable, so I really don't mind hanging out for an hour. I received several texts while waiting, first explaining the updating of the progress of my service. The next text was the recommendations resulting from the inspection. Along with a video of the entire inspection process - Yes, the filters were very dirty and needed replacement. More importantly, while checking the tread depth, the technician found a very large nail embedded in the tire. Because this was an added expense, I had to authorize the repair. WOW, this is great customer service!!!! I watched the entire inspection in my very comfortable chair - very impressed -I never really knew all that was checked out. I visited for a routine oil change and was disappointed by the service department's attitude. The advisor I worked with seemed disinterested in helping me find the best value. When I asked about available coupons, I was told there weren't any; however, I found one on their own website within seconds. Furthermore, when I pointed out that the official Honda website listed a lower price for the service, she refused to honor it, dismissing the price gap as 'only a couple of dollars.' It wasn't about the amount, but the principle of honesty and helping the customer save. I didn't feel valued as a client here. read more

Almost 9.5 weeks and still waiting for WIlliams Honda to issue the approx. $4000.00 credit to my loan for overcharging me for the Portfolio Extended Warranty. Purchased my 2026 CRV 6/30/25. Three phone calls, one visit to see Frank Kahn General Manager and no one seems to know why it's taking so long. I feel like a hostage to this group. WORST AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Amazing they took my money, I stopped in the next day and requested a credit and it takes them 3 months to process the refund???? Service Department is lacking as well. I'm going to leave this one at three stars right now until maybe early next week when I'll make a final decision. A couple years ago I purchased a car from Williams Honda and had nothing but a great experience which would usually lead me to leave five stars however I'm currently having a slight issue with communication on their part and even though I'm to the point now that I think it's rather comical, I'm waiting to see how it plays out. Basically I have contacted William Honda through their website three separate times in the past 24 hours. I'm requesting information from their service department about having service done on my vehicles that I already own. I also specifically requested as their website does allow me to do this... That I'd be contacted by email. It gives me the option of phone, text or email and I chose email all three times. It is currently about 1:00 in the afternoon and so far today I have received three separate phone calls from the sales department at Williams Honda, all three of which left voicemail and two of them were basically asking for more information as far as to what I'm looking for so that they can get me into a car today. The last phone call was after I reached out to them the third time on their website once again requesting the service department get hold of me by email and I then received another phone call from their sales staff with a similar voicemail saying hey if we can help you out give us a call back. During this time I have also received a text message automated thing asking if I would accept text messages from them, so figuring that they can't do email even though the website says that this is an option, I sent back Yes by all means. So now over the past hour I have yet to receive any emails however I'm getting text messages... Not from the service department, but still from the sales department asking what they can do and what kind of car I'm looking for etc etc. I did answer one of the texts clearly stating that I don't want to buy another vehicle I wanted to have my current vehicles serviced and now I'm patiently waiting to see what comes next. I mean I know at this point I could probably just call them but I'm trying to stress the fact here that I was given the option of email and I prefer email and they suggest that on their website that email was possible so I'm patiently going to wait for an email. Personally I prefer to do business transactions by email because if someone tells you something over the phone they can deny it later. Or they could tell you something and you could hear them wrong or misunderstand what they're saying and if everything is done by email I can scroll it back to last Tuesday and show the person I'm talking to what was actually said. I just prefer it. So anyway if I start getting a barrage of emails from these people and the next couple days I will come back here and change those three stars to at least four. I can't in good conscience go for five stars because honestly if it's going to take these guys 3 days to figure out how to follow simple directions I don't really think five stars is going to work. So let me also add the honestly I'm not upset I'm not mad I'm not in any way shape or form trying to cut these people down I'm actually using what's happening right now as a way to enforce my original thought that I prefer email because clearly there's some miscommunication going on here. read more

I'm here from out of state My key fob got caught in between my seats and I couldn't find it. Not willing to leave my car unlocked i took it to Williams Honda to get a new key made. Adam volunteered to search my car for it and found it on about five minutes. When I asked how much I owed them they said nothing!!!!! So grateful they assisted me! read more

En route back to Philadelphia from Buffalo and got a low tire pressure warning. I had stopped and filled a tire that looked a little soft but the warning continued. BOY, WAS I LUCKY TO COME UPON WILLIAMS HONDA. Adam and Cuu in service were awesome! There was a bolt in my tire and they took care of it quickly and efficiently and on top of that, they were so nice. I left there knowing my tire was correctly repaired and I could safely drive the rest of the way home. Terrific service. Great people. read more

I have been anxiously looking for a newer used car since the spring. After many disappointing leads, I finally went with a 2014 Honda CRV from Williams. My salesperson, Graham, was friendly and straight forward. Ed in the finance department came back with a great rate. Something that I was not prepared for was being sold on an extended warranty (Portfolio Protection). I'm not feeling 100% that I did the right thing there since I had no time to research exactly what I was purchasing. There is an abundance of small print in the contract with so many exclusions that I'm still not sure I understand 100% what it will and will not cover and wonder if it will be worth it. If that part of the buying experience was more comprehensive, then I could easily give 5 stars. read more

Reviewing the service work we had done on our 2007 Honda Element. After unsatisfactory experiences at another local Honda dealer. I am happy to say Williams Honda was great. The work came in within the estimate and they called to tell us it badly needed a realignment. Considering my spouse was driving 100 miles/day this was not unreasonable. The alignment was significantly less than any other place around. They even replaced one of the airbag sensors, which keeps being recalled. I appreciate they did what was asked, and the needed alignment and didn't come back with $2K of additional work that needed to be done. Thank you Williams Honda! read more

I drove forclose to 4 hours so that I could get my daughter's 2007 Civic a NYS inspection and an oil change. She lives in Hershey PA and doesn't have time to make the trip up to NY. I had made an appointment for 9 am, but got there a little after 8. The service people were great: friendly, professional, and complaisant. At 9:30 the car was ready! I was utterly flabbergasted. The bill was reasonable too. My Honda dealer is good but can't hold a candle compared to this place! Most highly recommend Williams Honda to anyone reading this!!! read more

I will never return to this dealership location again. We went in to discuss our choices about our lease ending. Filled out paper work so it would already be finished for our up coming appointment the following Tues. We were told my the sales angent that he promise he wouldn't check run our credit until very last moniute after we knew what we wanted to do. My husband and I wanted the weekend to talk over what we wanted to do. After weighing out options, we decided to hand in our car so we could shop else where for a different vehicle. Well, over the weekend prior to our appointment (Sat)... we received alerts that our credit was checked.. (after business hours!) I tried called immediately but nobody picked up. How convenient. My husband call this morning (Monday) to confront them on the issue and who ever he spoke with has no idea what he was talking about. Because at this dealership nobody communicates... Your paperwork is passed around from one hand to another. This even happened three years ago when we originally released our van. Very unprofessional. Each time you call the dealership nobody knows it's going on everyone has to put you on hold and fish it out and figure it out. So after my husband expressing how upset he was... They never offered an apology or anything else. So, we are turning in the Van and taking our business else where. We received a flyer in the mail offering a very reduced rate on a car loan. We made the appointment as required. When we got to the dealer they refused to honor the reduced rate. The reduced rate was for a new car purchase only with the trade in of the current vehicle. That little detail was no where on the flyer, not even in the fine print.
