Went here today for a very personal, sentimental tattoo. The owner was amazing. She took so much time and care in to making sure it was the right size, positioned the way we wanted and to make sure it was perfect thin lines, even though it was such a small, simple tattoo. Disappointed actually. I took in a prepared black and white image to have tattooed. The artist decided to do some "shading" that was not on the original. Now it looks like a gray lump. So sorry. read more

Just got done getting some work by Jim, very happy with how it turned out. The shop has a relaxed atmosphere and from being there a few hours all the artists get along very well. All needles and equipment fresh out of the bags so no fear at all of any cross contamination. I will be returning for more when I am fully healed. read more

I got my first two tattoos here. When I was thinking of where to go, all of my friends told me to come here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will happily listen to your ideas and give you exactly what you want. If what you want is their advice, they have great ideas and great talent and can help you to improve your existing idea ten fold. I had Lea for my first tattoo and Mark for my second. Both tattoos came out amazing and left me wanting more. I highly recommend at the very least talking to the staff at Lady Luck about your ideas. read more

Very disappointed. A month ago I bring my tattoo idea in with a few reference pictures. two foxes in a nature landscape. I've always liked the black and white nature tattoos. The two foxes represented my parents. So this tattoo meant alot to me. So I go in. First off the owner is very snarky and would make passive comments the whole time I was describing the tattoo to her. Couldn't talk to the actual artist as he was busy with a client. that's fine. I come in a month later for our session. I'm expecting a really cool custom design. Nah. The "artist" showed me three pictures I'm guessing he found on google Two foxes and a mountain with some trees....and kind of cobbled them together and added a few rocks and trees to connect them. I'd have to say 85-90 percent of the tattoo wasn't actually drawn. Just traced pictures. At 140$ an hour. I'd expect the artist to put some passion in their work. Not a premade thing they traced the night before. Had to stop the tattoo an hour in. Not coming back. Find artists at other shops who actually care about their work. read more

I had Mark as an artist. He is incredibly talented and dedicated to his craft. Additionally, Mark is funny and keeps the conversation going as you have the work done. We had some good laughs together. I highly recommend these guys. Everyone is very proffesiomal and super nice. I had one done 2 yrs ago at a place in Rochester and I wish I had come here first. Lady Luck Tattoo is awesome! I've had three tattoos done there.. One by Mark and two by Lea. Both of them have done some incredible work and were nice and fun to talk to. The two pieces I had Lea do were colorful and a bit more complex than the black one by Mark. She even helped design one of them-and drew up a bunch of designs without me even having to ask. She made sure she had created something I really loved before she started. I'm constantly impressed by her work. She works really fast and is so precise and natural at shading and coloring. Another thing I'd like to add-the prices are very fair! And on top of that, the people are fair about the prices. As in, I got a quote for a certain tattoo and it ended up taking more time than expected. I was charged for the quoted price only, and she even had me come in for another session to finish up some coloring for no extra charge. This place is full of really cool people who happen to be amazing artists. I will always trust them to put something beautiful on my skin. Highly recommend any artist here! read more
