For the two years I have been going here, I have never had an issue until today. During my recent visit, the owners behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concerns with courtesy and professionalism, I felt dismissed and treated unfairly. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and for concerns to be handled appropriately. This experience has left me very disappointed and hesitant to return. The machine's are broke down. Customer service is horrible & they hardly speak English. Clothes were still not clean. The water was brown like it's located in flint. After I paid for my wash the machine wanted more money. The place clearly needs an upgrade & new working appliances. Please be careful of business owners like these who are only in it for the money. A screw was sticking about a bit when I went to close the door so scraped my thumb. It was not a big deal except that when I brought it to the attention to the attendant Maria, she said its just a scratch. When I asked, can you bring this to the owners attention or put up a sign, she said, "No, you should have watched what you are doing." Then I mentioned the soap centers rusting out and the place being dirty. She replied, If you dont like it, go someone else." Did I mention half of the small machines are out of order? This place used to be so nice when I lived here 8 years ago. To make a long story short, I put in my laundry and went to my car to get a bandaid since my thumb would not stop bleeding. We used this place a couple of years ago when waiting for dryer parts, and now I'm using it again over places closer to my house. Overall it's clean and neat, mostly high-efficiency washers but there are a few traditional ones at the back ($1.69). Washer prices are $1.69-6.89 for the very largest, and dryers run 18 minutes for $0.30. They use stored-value cards with a couple of purchase/refill stations in the store, but there's a pretty good chance you're going to have a little bit of money left on the cards when you're done if you're not a regular. They have plenty of carts and folding tables, but only 2 tables for folks waiting and a limited number of seats along the front wall. No wifi, nothing fancy. 3 TVs, which were on English-language (Academy Awards) while I was there. Hours are listed as 7-9, with last load time also specified as 9PM. This place is still owned and operated by the two brothers who started it a decade ago (newspaper story on the wall) - one of them was in while I was there. read more

I come here from time to time when I have to wash more than one load, or am washing comforters/blankets. I don't remember it ever being as dirty as it is today. Water stains/stains running down most of the machines. The detergent cups appear to have never been cleaned so you're getting a mix of detergents. Most of the machines were marked out of order today, but they were fixing them. They show protected wifi, but the attendant says they don't have it when we asked for the password. So it's not for guests apparently. Overall I noticed that prices have gone up, but the cleanliness has gone down. I'll not be back. Edit: After typing this, it got worse. The machines I used wouldn't drain and the employee was not nice about it when we brought this to her attention. She did set up two other machines and did not charge, but they were not the two load machines I was using before and the machines were not clean. They were smaller machines so I had to pack my four loads into two one loads. When I pulled out my sheets, they were blotchy and I'm definitely not happy about that. I can promise that it's from all the crud left in the machines bleach/detergent cups. Now my sheets look like tie dye. I didn't bother to say anything to them at this point because clearly they don't care. Don't waste your money here. read more

Overall pretty clean, but there was a bolt in my laundry when I opened the door after the wash. I told the attendant, who was very nice, but it made me wonder if the machines are well maintained. Also the prepaid card machines only except cash. Superwash on golf in niles is better but this is closer to my house. read more

This place has the worst service and machines. I paid for my laundry and detergent. The machine broke down and they didn't want to give me new detergent as I didn't have anymore. The "owner" is a piece of sh!T and only care about getting people money!! Don't use this broke down laundromat. This was my first and last time coming here. I was in this area for work and will never come back! If you don't mind on spending extra money for detergent and washes come but if you don't come. They don't care and just want your money. Today my dryer pooped out at home and I showed up with one yes 1 measly load and was turned away as I was loading the dryer. New rules you have to use the washer to use the dryer. Found the golf Road laundromat, found it to be the cleanest Laundromat I've ever been to in my life. Very busy on a Sunday morning but had absolutely no trouble finding the right machine or the right dryer. Super friendly attendant very helpful With the operation of the machines. They use a key card system for payment very cool however now I have some money left over on the card So I Guess I'll have to find something else to wash. read more
