This place is TERRIFIC! Super clean, loads of washers and dryers for your loads, and amenities abound. Prices depended on size of wash- $3.00 for 2x loads, $5 for 4x loads, and $7 for 6x loads. 28 minutes for was cycle on all. $1 for 28 minutes of dry time. Machines take $1 coins, and an ATM and change machine are at front counter. Parking and handy baskets outside, several clean folding tables open and available. She handed me the receipt and literally said "I can have it by 5PM". Umm same day service?? That is unheard of in my experience. I was also literally in and out of the door in 3 minutes- amazing. At 5PM I picked up my dry cleaning and paid cash (5 dollars even for a skirt) and she smiled and walked me to the door. I thought that was super sweet and not just a "see ya". All tolled, they do a very good job and were fairly consistent. Today, I decided to walk away from this business as a long time customer. There were mistakes made that I had brought to their attention, didn't get the result I wanted and decided not to press the issue, no pun intended. This happened several times. The issues included washing, (not dry cleaning) two shirts of mine that were silk. Completely ruined them. Changed the fabric's whole texture and destroyed two very nice shirts from Nordstrom that were purchased in the $150 range. Brought to their attention and no apology, just poor English and a shrug of the shoulders. I let it go. Another issue is their prices. While nearly all dry cleaners charge half the cost (or less) for laundering a shirt over dry cleaning it, you will pay the same here. A cotton shirt that needs to be washed will cost you around $4.50. It's $2.60 at MOST at other places. Finally, the other day they did not include a shirt of mine when returning my items. She claimed she put it with the other items. I still had my order still in the bag. It wasn't included. Lost shirt. Again, no offer to make things right or reimburse. Found another cleaners nearby with better prices.
