Instead of simply treating it, they let me know so I could have the bees safely rehomed before they started producing honey inside my walls. That level of care and attention really stood out. The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. I spoke to rep, Cameron, at (972) 391-7834 and to cust serv rep, Kayla, who both confirmed tech, Aubray Rivera, of Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control was still confirmed to render service, as scheduled and agreed to today. I have all receipts, time stamps, and recordings of these conversations. Unfortunately, as of this writing, it is 4:07pm on Monday, June 8, 2026, and still no word from the Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control technician...and these guys have my credit card on file...and I took off 4 hours of work today to commit to being present for my service as we agreed and was stood up. I submitted a list provided by my home inspector after purchasing a new home. After 2-weeks, they finally sent a technician out and he had no idea what list I was talking about. When I handed him the inspection report, he had the nerve to ask me to "type out what I needed in a spreadsheet and send it to him". Isn't that his job and the job of the service manager to know what the job consist of, what the costs will be, and what they are going to charge BEFORE they send a technician? After dealing with 6-7 different dispatchers, service managers, and technicians, the only competent people I dealt with were Kristen and Caleb. I feel bad for them, as they are caring, thorough and competent. They are stuck dealing with all the other representatives that don't. I would steer clear of this company unless you have 3-4 weeks to waste waiting for someone who knows what they're doing to assist you. Horrible, unsustainable business model ABC has in place. Never a contract, just treatment that works. The ant and roach treatment included followups for a period of time if needed, and I think I had them do a second application for the ants. They have my loyalty for life after getting rid of those roaches as fast as they did. If you are a DIY type, they will suggest things you can do to prevent problems going forward.
