We've only had them spray inside once (first visit) and it didn't smell toxic. What I really appreciated when I first reached out to them is that the owner talked to me himself. He took the time to explain everything and patiently answer all my questions. I also liked how they offered a complimentary vulnerability assessment during the initial visit. Basically looked around the exterior of the home and noted potential areas where bugs can enter. It wasn't extremely thorough but for a free service that essentially works against them, it was pretty helpful. The techs are always really nice and easy to talk to.

After they protect the house, you get on a yearly renewal which isn't expensive but it gives you piece of mind that if the critters come back, they'll take care of it. Omega is a permanent solution to a permanent problem. Other companies may fix it for a winter or two, but Omega stands by their work. There's no worse feeling than having critters in your attic wrecking shop and having Omega to come in and take care of it is one less worry.

After an inspection of my entire building he confirmed that I did have rats in the attic, but that the stain on my ceiling was not from the rats but rather a roof leak. After examining the roof he concluded that the rats were getting in through an old wind driven exhaust ventilator on the roof. Because he could not guarantee a complete solution to my rat problem, he told me he couldn't help me but no fee would be charged for his inspection of the property. In discussion with Wilson as to how I should deal with the rats, he provided me with two rat traps loaded with peanut butter and instructions how to use them. Basically he solved the rat problem and alerted me to my roof problem and refused payment for either one. Omega is a very good animal removal company and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future. They are helpful and honest and will not do any work on your property if they cannot guarantee their results.

After talking to a few pest companies, not only did they get the type of ants wrong (we had acrobat not carpenter), they also can't get their story straight. I contacted them about an ant infestation inside my home. The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. I have also come to find out that we had acrobat ants (not carpenter ants) as I expected when talking to a few other pest control companies. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.

On a FREE inspection Gary found where the likely entryway was (broken siding under an eave that I hadn't noticed). Gary covered it with duct tape. And provided next step instructions on how to take care of it myself, or a VERY fair estimate on how much he would charge to patch it up once we knew the animal was evicted. I ended up taking care of it myself through Gary's advice, only because it was a safer part of our steep 2 story roof. I have now solved the problem with only the cost of a strong roofing adhesive and used some spare flashing I had laying around.
