Galbi short rib - 5/5, sweet marinade and very tender. The other menu sides we ordered were mix veggies, steamed egg, corn cheese, beef soup, salad, and rice paper. Their banchan is on the sweeter side, but 10/10 I loved the kimchi and kimchi radish dishes. Lots of parking available directly in front of the restaurant and in the plaza. That level of communication and service is very unprofessional. To make matters worse, an automatic 18% gratuity is added for parties of four or more. It feels like there is little incentive to provide good service when the tip is guaranteed regardless of the experience. Overall, the food quality and service have both gone downhill. I'll probably spend the extra 15 minutes driving and go to GEN or another Korean BBQ restaurant instead. Very disappointing experience.
