The burger was really good. After that it was pretty much down hill. The chili on the fries tasted like mildew. I don't know how I know what mildew taste like, but they did . Then on their menu, they only have small and large drinks, I ordered a large. When I got to the window, they handed me what looked like a medium cup. I asked, this is a large? She said no, we don't have larges. I still don't know if I got charged for a small or large . The Burger was good, but I don't think it's good enough to drive out there just to eat it. $10 well spent. I ate a portion and gave the rest to a homeless lady who I asked if she was hungry and she said si. She will enjoy the rest. It's cold outside too and the food was hot. I've never been to a fast food spot that has sooooo many food deals!!! Tom's Burger is the !!!! The burgers are the fries the vanilla shake though I wish they came in a larger size!!! That's my only complaint!! The customer service was excellent!! Also I love how they have a large window (similar to In & Out) so you can see the food being prepared and served!!! well, this will be my last time coming to this business establishment due to being treated unfairly. I'm starting to think it's by the color of my skin. My first two visits to this place were great. The dining room was clean and spacious. The restrooms were clean as well. The service was good and the food was fantastic. However this third visit everything was on point except the food. I'm a bit of a creature of habit so when I find something I like I tend to go to the place where I found it specifically to order that. In this case it was the croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage. It doesn't come with any mayo or any kind of sauce on it so you have to ask for it and they charge you $0.50 for it. I ordered takeout and when I got home ready to dig in... I took a bite and the croissant was old and hard. No bueno. This was not the case previously. It was a waste of money because it was inedible. I called Tom's, Jr and was told I should have checked before I left and there's nothing they could do. So disappointing. Pretty sure I will not be back. You can never go wrong at a Tom's. My little sis says there is always good customer service at their locations. I don't visit enough locations to make that claim but i treated royally at this one. Their zucchini fries are AWESOME. At least at this location. Hot and crunchy. Their even taste awesome when their not so hot as well. The milk shakes would make you return. The chocolate is the flavor i go for and i promise its like having soft served ice cream through a straw. Thick and creamy. Prices are just right. Lines may be long at times but uts worth the wait. Estelle took our order and she was so patient and friendly. I was disappointed that i didnt get to see the face behind the voice and the second window for payment.
