Didn't have a chance to fix my trimmer. Found out my dad ceased my motor! Gonna think he didn't mix oil with the fuel. Anyhow, dropped it off hoping that elsons would be able to repair it. They said it wasn't worth it. Only negative review I have is that it took the shop 3 weeks to let me know that they couldn't repair it. Worse part was that I had to keep calling and hassling them for answers. It took a visit on day 21 to find everything out. Owner/manager seems like a genuinely nice guy. Shop seems to be busy all the time. It's a Veteran owned busy (So I will try them again when one of my mowers/trimmers need repairs). read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Dropped my mower off to be serviced and was given a bill of $334. I called to confirm that the mower was finished and in good working order and double check on the invoice price. I was told by an Elson's employee that the invoice was indeed $334. Went the next day to pick it up and the invoice was now $444 and when I questioned the up charge the employee was very unprofessional. I also spoke with the owner and he was also just as unprofessional and made excuse after excuse. Shady business tactics and down right rude customer service. read more

Highly recommend this place for mower repair! The drive belt on our self propelled mower snapped and after we bought a new one to replace it, we realized it was out of our wheelhouse to fix it. Took it to elson's and they said they would be happy to use the drive belt we had purchased to fix it to save us some money. Later that day they called to say the pulley was missing as well and they would need to order it. We later found the pulley in our yard but it was unusable anyway. I was expecting our bill to be at least $75. It wasn't. It was only $30! They detailed on the bill what time it took for them to repair it and the cost of the pulley. They are very honest and i will be referring everyone to them! read more

I forgot to empty the gas tank from my snowblower before storing it for the spring. It would not start this season so I took it to Elson's on my way to work. They got me fixed up for a reasonable price. read more

Bought a used riding mower. It was delivered by a guy who didn't know how it worked. After 45 days, the battery was dead and the cables were corroded. He manager said that was not his fault or his problem since they would never sell something like that. HORRIBLE Customer service and clearly do NOT stand behind their products. I wouldn't even use them for service. If I could rank this less than one star I would. read more
