I contacted LMR to remove three riding mowers. I was quoted a price, which I paid. I was told the…read moremowers would be picked up Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of the following week and the payment was nonrefundable. That last part made me a bit nervous but I waited. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday came and went with no pickup and no word from LMR. I determined that I would contact them Monday to cancel the pickup because at this point, I had no confidence in them. A neighbor stopped to ask what I was going to do with the mowers and I told him he could have them all if he would take them. He came back in a few minutes with a trailer and took them. During this time LMR texted me to inquire if the mowers were picked up. I told them no, but cancel the service because they did not come on the days they promised. I was told they had someone on the way! I asked for a supervisor but was told I would have to call back Monday and I would not be refunded because a driver was on the way. Sometime later their driver did come, a day late, and the mowers were gone. I have called, texted, and emailed and no one responds. I do not suggest doing business with this "company"!

I have been from shop to shop trying to find out what was driving the issues that have cost me a lot of wasted time, energy, and resources. Within two days of having my mower Brian found what was causing one persistent issue and he recommended the long term solution. One of the other, more costly repairs I have had done in the past, which ultimately cost me $1200 more recently, was found to still exist. Again, Brian at Roudebush recommended a way for me to manage this issue over time with little cost me. All this said, the staff was upfront, didn't blame others for past repairs and ultimately addressed my issues. Their price was very competitive and reasonable. One of these years I will purchase a new mower and Roudebush is where I will buy from.

I bought a brand-new golf cart in the fall. It has never worked correctly. Tom Wood has come three times to pick it up and redeliver it, but the same problem continues to occur--the cart abruptly stops for no reason, which causes safety issues when driving it. Yesterday, after having my cart for a month and a half (3rd time TW has had it) I was given 3 options, 1) trade in my cart for $9000 which is approximately half of what I paid (ridiculous I know!), 2) wait until they can get around to repair it, or 3) pick it up and bring it do another dealer. Can you believe it? I can't. I have never seen a company run away from a quality defect and take zero blame. They claim Club Car is the worst company in the world; probably true but they are right behind Club Car. It is crazy. This problem happened on the first day they delivered it and has never gone away. I have an email chain with over 80 emails on it. I have called over a dozen times and stopped in several times. They only respond when they feel like it, and you will never get an update on the service work without tracking them down. They do not care about anything but making that initial sale. Tom Wood dumped off my golf cart in my driveway today, with a known safety problem, and said "good-bye and good riddance" to my family. I have attached a pic of the email.

We were driving on the highway when we…read morenoticed a problem with our car, so we stopped in the Tom Wood parking lot to see what was wrong. Thankfully, Kurt was outside and he helped us fix our car! This was truly the kindest gesture--he saw us in need on his way out of work, found the tools, and fixed our car. He did this all out of the kindness of his heart and didn't expect anything in return. My family is so grateful for Kurt--he saved our spring break!!
