They said they were backed up but bring it in. We dropped it off as they were closing on Saturday and they had fixed the problem by noon on Monday. (We feared we be living with a water bucket on the trip or have to leave it at the Braun's and pick it up on the way back!) I can't say enough about the concern and service provided by the manager Mike and the technician. They were amazing and salvaged our trip to see our grandson. He told me I needed to purchase a new tailgate liner when the only thing that needed replaced was the extrusion pieces that fit across the top of the liner to hold it in place (the extrusion pieces were cracked and pieces were missing ). Then he proceeded to charge me a $75.00 installation charge and when he performed the installation he did a less than stellar job. When I called to talk to him he was busy at the time and the office gal said he would need to call me back. He ghosted me...big surprise. I later found out from Weathertech that they would have provided the extrusion pieces at no charge and I could have easily installed them myself. Now I am out the $150.

I'm hoping to buy another enclosed trailer from them in early 2027. Schwartz's sells very good equipment. Very good equipment isn't cheap. If one wants a disposeable trailer, go buy from the Big Box Stores or one of the bulk sale trailer locations online. Then try to get your disposeable trailer serviced by them.
