I've always had great service, sometimes with long wait times because the Chevy is a company car and is owned by Wheels (fleet company). Wheels can have long wait times when they have to call in for approval for something. Today, they told me Wheels has been having longer wait times than usual and my service visit would be at least an hour, maybe two. Just to pour in diesel exhaust fluid, like you pump gas. It's my fault because I forgot to ask at the last oil change to top it off. The nice young men in the service department told me if I purchased the DEF, one would put it in for me. He did, and it took way less time than waiting for Wheels! I will probably do that from now on. Thank you for always giving reliable service and great advice.

I took pics of everything and have been in contact with management who says they will reimburse for pads only but not for the Labor I paid to my nephew to inspect and do work that dealer claimed needed done.
