Deshawn was helpful and polite but I did not expect these prices! $100 for an alignment, $80 for an oil change, $120 for an express interior detail (opted out of that one). Goodness gracious, Tom Wood better be enjoying every damn dime of my money b/c this is disheartening and truly frustrating.

My car was perfect. It only had 1 mile on it, which was the mile from the lot to the front of the dealership! Charles was great, very personable and honest. Thank you so much Tom Wood Toyota for my brand new 2023 Camry!!!! I got exactly what I wanted

    Inside ...Brand new . .

It's new it's clean and it's modern ..After they moved we thought it was a little further from where we lived so we had thought of going somewhere else for oil change ( we were sad they moved ) but then they sent us an oil change coupon for 20 dollars...of course it was a great deal soo we went .. and I am glad we went. ..It was not as further as we had thought and the location is pretty good . Right off the freeway ...I will be going back regularly..Like I did before...Go Check it out ... Went to buy a new car today ... Kenley was Soo great over the phone .. and when we got there she was Soo happy to help ... Then she introduced me to ( Ron )RON RANGEL-SCOTT. Have heard so much about the sales man being sales man but Ron was the complete opposite . He was a sweet sweet person and you could feel it ... I am really really glad I got to meet him and buy a car with him being the part of the experience . He is really easy going and that makes the whole car buying stress Soo much better .. he explains everything so effectively and properly . With everything he does you know he is doing it with your best interest at heart which makes it so comfortable to talk to him and explain everything .. It was a very happy day and we came home really really happy A huge thanks again to Mr RON RANGEL-SCOTT Erika Krumwied-Cooper and Kenley ... Thanks for everything . Love

Friday, January 8, 2020 I was stranded with serious possible electrical issues with my vehicle and my vehicle subsequently not starting. I purchased this vehicle BRAND NEW on June 24, 2020 from Tom Wood Toyota. I used my Toyota Roadside Assistance to request a tow and called Tom Wood to give them a heads up on the issue. I spoke with Dennis who explained the service department would close shortly and there would be a possibility they could look at my vehicle Monday, but definitely not before Monday. After explaining it is the only vehicle I own and I would need a loaner vehicle. He explained they do not loan or rent vehicles and I would need to make other arrangements. The amount of misinformation at this dealership is unacceptable. Toyota's Transportation Assistance Policy outlined in my warranty guide specifically states otherwise under the circumstances I presented and your website specifically states you have "Transportation & Rental Vehicles Available". I've given Tom Wood Toyota - Service Department several opportunities to win my continued support of their business however, they continually have fallen short. If you are looking for great service after the sale, Tom Wood is NOT your dealership. In the meantime I've contacted Toyota World Headquarters as well as the National Center for Dispute Settlement and taken my vehicle to a highly rated Toyota dealership near me.

Wayne I need a picture of me in front of my new vehicle.

Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

They said they wouldn't even be able to look at it until Monday, so I remembered Eagle Auto which was half a mile away. I got there 10 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I will most definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon) when I'm in need of service. They also gave a ride to a gentleman that came a little after me. Very nice. Well stocked coffee bar and snacks. Jessica asked if I needed to do any work bc they have an office for people that work while they wait. How great is that? Thanks Eagle Auto for your kindness, thoroughness and promptness.

HORRIBLE SVC DEPT AND SVC EXPERIENCE!…read more I had the worst experience with this dealership. Don't buy a car from them, but if you do TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT SERVICED! I purchased a brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve less than a year ago. I called at 20K miles to schedule an oil change and get the tires rotated. The car was also making a strange wobbling sound so I asked them to take a look. I got a call that afternoon from Corey. The entire time he was condescending and I felt like I was being talked down to. He started out questioning whether I had gotten an oil change before, because he checked CarFax to see if I had gotten an oil change and I hadn't. He went through all of that "effort" when all he had to do was look at the sticker in the window. I told him I got the oil changed at the recommended 10k miles. He says oh because the tech says you have a bulging oil filter and that happens when you don't get an oil change. This car has every warranty under the moon. If the car has a bulging oil filter I'm sure it was covered. They didn't fix it, didn't offer to fix it. I looked it up and apparently this is a major issue that indicates an issue with the car. I have no doubt this will come up conveniently once the car is out of warranty and I have to pay for it. He goes on to ask me if I had gotten the tires rotated. I told him I was bringing it in at 20K miles as required to get the tires rotated (that is the standard per my normal tire dealer). He says oh, well we recommend 10K miles and so the tires are bulging because you didn't get them rotated. I have had no less than 10 cars in my lifetime. I have never had or bought a brand new set of tires that were bulging after 20K miles under any circumstances. He then goes on to say they're not under warranty but you're in luck! We have a special right now - buy 3 tires and get 1 free. I asked why would I buy a set of brand new tires from them when I bought a brand new car less than a year ago with tires that have gone bad and I have to replace. RIDICULOUS!!! I then asked if the car was safe to drive. He said oh yes, it's fine, you'll just continue to hear that noise. I said ok I'll get the tires replaced eventually but not from there, just do the oil change and rotate the tires. This was around 3:30. He says ok ma'am we'll get that done and get your car ready for pickup. It should take about an hour We'll call you when it's done. After not hearing from them I call at 5:55. Someone else answers the phone (she was quite nice) and says yes the oil change is done but it says you need new tires. I said Corey told me the tires were ok and I told her I wasn't going to buy new tires from them after a set of "new tires" somehow went bad in less than a year. She asks, are you declining the tires. I said yes, not knowing or having been informed that something was now seriously wrong with the tires and needed to be replaced. I pick up the car after the lot closed and the tire pressure light is going off with a bright red inflate tire indicator. The tire pressure was at 30, when it was supposed to be at 36. All of the other tires are fine. At this point I'm LIVID because I took tires in at the proper levels, Corey said they were fine, and now one of them is not inflated properly. So now I'm questioning why they would rotate my tires and then leave one with a tire pressure significantly lower than the others. I take the car down the street to inflate the tire and I get the error message. It will not inflate past 33! So now I have to take my car in somewhere else tomorrow, likely to replace a tire that they likely damaged after being told the tires were good. Corey also tells I have 2 free oil changes and 2 free tire rotations that I could use but they have to be used in the first 2 years. I said oh it would have been nice to know that when I purchased the car. His tone was then oh well shame on you for not using them and it will expire after 2 years. Please save your trouble. Go to an honest dealership and definitely DO NOT take your car there to be serviced.

I'm giving two stars because the guy who checked me out was very nice…read more Just going to state some facts here. Came in for an oil change. Had an appointment at 7:50 am. Took 2.5 hours to change my oil. The techs deflated my tires to 33lbs. The sticker on the door says they should be at 37. (I remember being excited about that getting fixed hopefully because they'd been at 34/35/36 depending on which tire it was). When I replaced my air filter two days later, I found that the screws that are supposed to be screwed in to hold the cover in place were definitely NOT screwed back in. (Attaching a photo).
