This review is long overdue! I want to start with Cathy. To my knowledge, she is one of the managers, and I can honestly say she is one of the most professional, hardworking, and hospitable owners I have ever encountered in any industry. I've seen the salon become incredibly busy, and instead of simply managing from the sidelines, Cathy rolls up her sleeves and immediately starts helping with clients to support her team. I've watched her go out of her way to ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of, and I've even personally seen her stay after hours cleaning the entire salon herself. That level of leadership, dedication, and pride in her business is rare and deserves recognition. She has also built an amazing team. I actually live much closer to another nail salon, but I made the switch because I found this salon to be far more hygienic, professional, and welcoming. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Two of my favorite nail technicians are Tracey and Richard, who always take great care of me. Richard is incredibly talented and detail-oriented. I appreciate that he takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect, and he's always willing to bring my sometimes silly nail design ideas to life. His patience, creativity, and skill never disappoint. (See the photos of my epic World Cup nails!!!) The designs always turn out better than I imagined, and they're so impressive that even my husband gets excited to see what new design I'll be getting next. Thank you, Richard. I originally found this salon on Yelp right before my wedding, and from the moment I walked through the door, I knew I had found something special. Since then, this has become my go-to salon, and I have never been disappointed. Every visit has been a wonderful experience. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and cares about their clients. I've always been treated exceptionally well here, and I truly look forward to every appointment. If I could give this salon more than 5 stars, I would. I drove from Maricopa to try this salon and arrived at 6:20 p.m., in which they don't close until 7pm only to be turned away because I was told no one was available to do my nails and toes. They had about 7-8 workers. About two minutes after I stepped outside, I saw two customers leave, which made me wonder whether someone might become available. I understand that open seats don't necessarily mean a technician can take another client. However, the receptionist came across as closed off and unwilling to check whether anyone could accommodate me or offer another option. After making that drive, I was disappointed by the lack of warmth and effort to help. A more welcoming approach and a clearer explanation would have made a difference. read more

My husband & I had the herbal lavender pedicure. It was a nice experience. Although the eye masks that came with the package didnt warm up and work for either of us. I have the same masks at home so it was a disappointment it didnt work. Oherwise nice experience. Came back following week to try the "cat eye" gel nails. I requested to have a heart design for Valentines day. Looks good. Glad that they are open on Sundays. They offer a reward system which I like too. While I think most of the techs do a decent job on nails there is zero concept of appointments and times by the management. Don't make appts if you don't plan to honor them - and this is every time and by a long wait. I won't come back for this reason alone. What a waste of time! read more

Everything from the phone call to ask for a walking pedicure and eyebrow wax to the service was flawless. The massage chairs are comfortable and the finish gel polish looks great. Eyebrow waxing turned out great too! My eyebrows are different thickness and not symmetrical so I have a hard time getting them to look great. These look and make me feel great. Loved my experience here. Sweet staff! I had asked for a blue cat eye manicure with extensions. Now my end product was just slightly off of what I asked for, but that was simply because they didn't have the exact shade of polish I wanted. That being said, their collection of polishes is extensive and they're very skilled overall. It took me about 15 minutes past my appointment time to get started on my nails, and after that, it took about an hour. My set came out to $75. My favorite nail technician moved to Elysian Nails Spa, so naturally, I had to follow him! However, this isn't just another review about how amazing my nail tech is. Elysian is a brand new salon located in Chandler. The location is convenient, and there's ample parking available. The salon itself is beautiful and pristine. They offer a wide range of color options in gel, dip, and more. They also carry some of my OPI favorites like funny bunny and Lincoln Park after dark. The spa pedicure chairs are nice and comfy. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. After trying a few different nail spas in the area, I am so happy to have found this one! My daughter was in town and she wanted a manicure and I got a pedicure. Such excellent service! Everyone was so nice and we felt pampered. The manager (or owner) welcomed us so kindly and even checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with the service. Bin did my pedicure and it was the best I've ever had. My daughter finished early and the manager brought her over and seated her next to me so she could enjoy the massage chair and visit as I finished. It was such a clean and beautiful spa. I went for a pedicure on Dec 4, 2024. I have stage four cancer and hadn't been since July when it was Vivid. This was going to be my last time if things didn't chang, but they did change! Vivid had nice chairs and always was clean. I was angered by the fact that they quoted a price for a service and when one went to pay, it would be $10,$15 dollars more! I am not a person who cares for confrontation, so I paid. This new place is just lovely! The gentleman who checked me in and out could not have been sweeter. The young man who did my pedicure was equally as kind. The place is absolutely gorgeous! The chemo I am on makes my skin and joints hurt- a great deal. If my skin gets rubbed with just a little pressure, it tears and can bleed. I told the Vivid people that but they would not listen to me. They insisted on rubbing and using their hot stones and I dreaded even going. They just would not listen, one older woman even said that it was good for me, that it helped stimulation! I told her normally I would agree, but in my case it was torture. The new people listened and the wonderful man who checked me out gave me a discount! He didn't have to do it, but he did. My pedicure didn't take as long as it normally would have, because all the extra's they normally give, I had taken out. I really appreciated his kindness. I think this place is beautiful, with kind and pretty technicians and handsome men who are proffesional and compassionate. I thank them all and highly recommend this business! read more
