I love going here! Easy to book an appointment online, and they haven't been late once to any appointment. My gel nails don't chips or peel and the pedi massage is amazing. They are quick and didnt take longer than .5 hours for a gel mani and pedi, which is AMAZING! I hate when techs take forever on services. I love the new chairs for the mani stations, so comfy. I used to be a regular customer until the last few times I was there. the atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable. The last time I was there, I had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get inside the door while three men who worked there hung out by the front door, saying stuff to women as they exited their car. I just went inside ignoring them, I will never return. I went here today for the first time ever. I absolutely love the salon it's clean and well kept. Michelle did an excellent job on my SNS nails. I brought in a picture and she copied it exactly. I love the way she filed my nails into the square shape. I even got 4 diamonds on my middle fingers. She was very thoughtful & mindful of what I wanted. A.K.A *HUN* Once you tell her upfront you have the voucher she automatically changes the availability & makes it extremely difficult to schedule you in. What you'll need to know in advance: This location clearly doesn't like to work with Groupon clients! They advertise & offer these services, yet try to avoid doing them on the weekends- PERIOD! They abuse the system, rules and regulations by treating the customers like "we're less valued for the Groupon promotion"! Blatant & bias! Business is taking advantage of Groupon & it's customers by not allowing a client to schedule at their convenience & will state their completely booked on the days you choose! Came to find out- there are only "certain days and a certain tech" that works with this promotion. Didn't specify that in the deal or details?! My experience: I had called last month and booked my appointment the third week of February. I believe it was around either the 20th or 21st at 3:00 PM. I unfortunately, had to cancel because we were heading out of town earlier than expected . I called the day before to cancel and this same receptionist said "Ok, I'll leave you on the books" I wasn't quite sure what she mean't by that (?) as I AGAIN; said I was cancelling and told her I would reschedule when I got back. She actually called me the day of the cancelled appointment a little after 3:30 PM and was like " Yeah, you were suppose to be here today for your appointment & haven't shown up?". I told her " Um, I had canceled it?" She then abruptly hung up on me. At the time, I thought it was really brash! Well, today I called about 20 minutes ago to come in on Sunday April 7th and stated I had the Groupon special. I wanted to know if there was any availability that day?! Same *HUN* desk clerk answered & stated : "Sorry hun, we are completely booked that day" she asked if she could put me on hold for a minute ( which she didn't and answered my call again). She then basically said NOTHING was open for the weekends the next few weeks & they only had certain days of the week open for the Groupon offer ( coupon expires on the 23rd Of April). F.Y.I they screen calls (have caller ID) and she had been able to tell me my name and number from the prior appointment when I tried to re-book today, which in-fact, she told me that I had cancelled with them numerous times before?! "WT?! Really?! Wow!!". Through all this BS & drama somehow I had gotten a date set with her for Wednesday April 3rd at 11:00 AM. After going "round and round" with this arrogant staffer she couldn't then even reiterate the date and time to confirm! After ALL of this, and how I was disrespected - I would never want to go to this place if that's the way they treat their patrons! I really like this location as it is very clean and they are very professional and nice. However, my dip nails were $45 and I asked for white dip and the lady who did my nails asked if I wanted "sparkle white". The container looked like white with hints of sparkles in it. After she put it on my nails she said this is more clear white and looks better. I don't dislike the color but I asked for white and this isn't close to white. On top of that, every single one of my cuticles has a burn on them as you can see from the photo. read more

They said I could come back for a redo so I did! I went in for my bday and took my fiancé so we could also get pedicures (which were great.) We left paying $68 for nice feet but my nails are another story. Not only did they give me the same nail tech that messed up the first time but he did the same thing. He did nothing to my natural nails or cuticles before slapping glue/nails on them. He made me feel uncomfortable and laughed about how short I wanted them when they STILL were too long. I got pink tips thinking it'd be easier than the design from the first time. They look and feel like crap. They are so thick from not being filled right, uneven, chipping off on day two and too long. I didn't want to be rude, so I left it alone and tipped. I wouldn't suggest this place. 3 nails off within a week. I work in an office so I'm not hard on them or anything. 3rd time - had them fixed by tech Michelle, she was very nice and did a much better job but still I wouldn't return. No hand care, cuticle care, just another slap on glue and nails that won't last, cheap material falls apart within days. Looks good for now though and again she was extremely friendly. read more

Anthony who I left your amazing establishment that I have been going to since 2015, after my previous place I have been going since I moved to Mesa in 2009. Your place was such an upgrade from my previous place that got me hooked to keep coming back to you!  Up until this last time I was happy with your service and your timely matter in making an appt and getting right seen.... I don't know what happened but my nails were crucified and as off right NOW in so much pain I can't clean or pick up and do my job right now. I left with a fill on Thursday 6/18. I was having major difficulty with your tech cause my skin was so soft and sensitive to file that in the next 3 days my skin and my cuticules were on FIRE and BLEEDING that I couldn't take my nails being on anymore!  As of Monday 6/22 I was in so much pain I Googled, and purchased ACETONE to have them removed cause I didn't even want to come back to your establishment! Finally after a lot of pain and suffering over 2 hours I was able to get them removed these full set of nails that were in for less than 1 week! I have had my nails done numerous times, and I have never had an interaction with acrylic,  or whatever it was that caused me so much pain!  I have pictures to show what I'm talking about. My nails are still bleeding and trying to settle to heal. I feel I should of never got a refill on my nails. Anthony can we rectify this situation and come to a mutual agreement in helping us both please..... I will NO longer get my nails done but you have always helped my toe nails. Can I get a credit for my previous nails that were just done, and put it towards a pedicure please which I believe is $37....I WILL DISCLOSE PICS TO SHOW YOU WHAT I DID ON MY OWN AND THE DAMAGE DONE....Just so you how serious Im being. First visit wasn't so pleasant. Second visit wasn't pleasant either. First time shame on you, second time shame on me. I will not be back even though I live right across the street from this place. I prefer to drive to the place of where I used to live. First visit I got a pedicure with a massage. The whole pedicure experience is to last 45 minutes. I watched my clock and they shorted me 10 minutes. You can tell they were rushing because they were busy. Second visit started off well. I wanted a Gel polish change. The gentleman who helped me was nice. Then the receptionist came up and gave the guy his next appointment and she asked how much longer. From that point on I was rushed again. Went to go check out and the receptionist told me it was $28 for services. I told her I just wanted a gel change which is around $15. She told me no I got a gel manicure. I didn't want to argue so I just paid. They should've been the ones who didn't want to argue and just have me pay for what I asked. Do I recommend this place to a friend? NO. I'm not gonna lie, I've debated writing this review for awhile. To say that I was LIT when I walked out of here is a vast understatement. Here's what happened. I'd been here before with good results and so I figured that I'd be safe coming here again. That's where you're wrong. I walked in and explained to the person at the front desk that I had an appointment in an hour and a half so I wanted to get a pedicure now and make an appointment to come back later that afternoon and get my nails done. (I was flying out of town he next morning at 6 AM and wanted to look nice.) This is where another woman stepped over and said that they could do my nails and my pedicure at the same time. I should have just said no since it seemed rushed and fraught with risk, but I agreed thinking that they knew what they were doing. She asked me what I wanted and I explained that I wanted color on my toes and clear powder dip on my nail. In hindsight, I should have brought a picture. I reiterated to her a couple of times that I didn't want white nails. I wanted natural looking nails, not white and unnatural.  So I picked out my polish for my toes and got seated and they brought over a nail technician she explained to her what I wanted done. Well I'm not a nail tech so I don't know the working details of the process. I don't know if they start with this powder and then add a gel that to make it translucent and then add a tip or what. I just trust that if I can I explain what I want and it's a normal and reasonable request (and mine was) that they can make it happen. So imagine my shock when I realize that she was just proceeding and started cutting my natural nails down and dipping and coating them and there was no discussion about length at any point. So I ended up with my nails cut down to no longer than fingertip length. Okay, that was not what I wanted and it looked awful but whatever. I figured I'd deal with it.  The pedicure ends and they move me to the manicure table to finish and the whole time my nails are stark white; like 1990's black light rave party white. WTF? I'm expectantly waiting for her to apply some finishing product that makes the powder get translucent or something and she starts to apply a top coat. (I actually recognized that so I knew she was finishing.) So I asked her "Wait, what's going on? My nails weren't supposed to look like this? I specifically said I didn't want this look." She says "Oh, do you want color? Next time you come in I'll give you color." Next time? NEXT TIME?? At this point I have to be at my appointment in 10 minutes and I still need to drive here so I have to leave ASAP. There's no fixing this mess; this mess I wouldn't be in if they'd just made the afternoon appointment like I'd asked for when I walked in so I wasn't rushed with a botched explanation of what I wanted and no time to fix it.  So I get up to go pay and the gentleman who's at the register puts on the pressure for a good review.  First it started out as a request to upload a photo of my nails to Yelp or Google for a 15% discount which I initially agreed to because that only took me a second to take a picture and I was already severely bent about paying full price for these stupid looking white nails.  Then as soon as I did and said "Okay what's my total?" He said "Well did you write the 5 Star review?" 0_0 Wait, what?? Did you not see me explain to 3 different employees that I am in a time bind and have to leave right now? Secondly I'm certainly not going to be giving you guys a 5 star review. So I told him he'd get a review later and right now I was leaving. I paid and left as fast as I could to get to my other appointment. As I was walking out I could hear him remind me to write a review.  Oh yes, I will write a review alright.  Here's where you guys failed: 1: If a customer asks to make an appointment, just make an appointment. Do not rush them into a badly done job in a bid to get the 'bird in the hand'. 2. Make sure you are communicating clearly with your customers on what they want, and do not assume they know your process well enough to intervene if they see something they don't like. Use pictures if necessary. 3. Do not pressure customers to give you a good review. This will almost always backfire on you. read more

The nail tech who worked on my manicure last time was a temp for the grand opening. I had a different nail technician who took her time with my nails as opposed to my last visit. My nails were shaped really nice and the gel polish was very even and not gunky. Even more, she made sure that I was happy with the length and shape of my nails before she proceeded with polish. They offered me and other customers bottles of water while we were getting our services which was polite. One thing that still didn't change was that I didn't receive the hot stone & towel that is listed in their service menu. Maybe it's not offered with this manicure and needs to be taken off the menu? Besides that, it's worth a visit if you want to get your nails done! ------- Very disappointed. Don't bother. I went during their grand opening days with high hopes, especially with their high cost for services. I opted for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Each service was done by a different technician. Fresh Manicure w/Gel ($28) - according to their menu, this service includes nail trimming, shaping, cuticle grooming, hot stone & towel, OPI lotion and hand massage. My mani was completed in no more than 15 minutes, extremely rushed. I have no idea what she shaped or what cuticles she groomed because my nails look wonkier and uglier than I went in. The gel is very gunky and uneven. There are a couple particles stuck underneath one of the layers on one nail and it bothers me a lot. The sides of my nails are very uneven as are the top of my nails. I did not receive a hot towel, or a hand massage. It's not even been 2 weeks, and my nails look really messy - posted photos. Fresh Spa Pedicure ($26) - includes nail trimming, nail shaping, cuticle grooming and buffing. Also includes a sugar scrub, followed by a massage and hot towel wrap. This is the reason I give 3 stars. Jennifer did my feet and ohh my, it was heavens compared to the mani. She took her time and made sure to make my toes look perfect! The hot stone and towel portion of the pedicure felt absolutely amazing after her massage. She made sure to check with me with the nail length, shape, and polish to ensure I was content. If there's any reason for me to come back, it's to get a pedicure from Jennifer only. Sad to say, but if it weren't for Jennifer and my pedicure, I would hesitate to give this salon even one star. Yes, the interior is very nice and prim but the quality of service was lacking. The prices are steep and what I got was not worth it. Very very very disappointed. read more

Their basic pedicure is to die for and cheaper and they pay attention , no other salon can convince me otherwise. I have visited the salon around San Tan Mall and probably provided 5-8 additional regular monthly customers and while the technicians are great (hit or miss) you have to decide whether or not you're willing to be treated like a number. The lack of customer service after paying more than any other nail salon probably in the entire state of Arizona is disappointing. I got a mani pedi, a fill with gel as i have done numerous times. That alone is $100+ for some odd reason the technician added white polish to completely change the color without asking. When i saw her painting my nail white prior to the mint green i told her but she insisted it would be beautiful. I didn't have the time to go back and forth so i kept it. I was leaving to Maryland the next day. Fast forward two days later, my nails are able to totally peel off. I nicked two nails and it looked horrendous. I am in another state for an entire WEEK. As soon as i was back in town, i contacted them and attempted to schedule around my own schedule. Of course i wasn't expecting to be back in a salon with an acrylic gel manicure. I asked prior to going in if there is a charge to fix and the excuses began. Instead of simply fixing a couple of nails they are willing to risk over $200 per visit a month for my daughter and i for a polish change which probably would've been $15-$20. I have made sure anyone who I've told will no longer visit them. I am a business owner myself and would be disgusted with an employee if they wanted an extra $15 bucks over a loyal customer. I am looking forward to the day when someone else steps up and changes the market for nail salons. I haven't ever found one that can be relied on to have good customer service and awesome techs. Super disappointing. I gave 2 stars because the nail techs are so sweet and they do a wonderful job. read more

I absolutely love Nina. She just took over the location. I know she is going to make this the best nail salon in Mesa. I get dip nails every time w/ some type of gel design. I have only been with her for a couple of months but she has never failed to impress. These are the past few sets I've gotten. The Christmas ones w/ the white book background are after 3 & 1/2 weeks of growth. read more

I just had an amazing experience at this location and will definitely be back! I had a groupon for a full set and pedicure and it turned out just what I wanted. Had nice conversation and a very relaxing pedicure one of the best I've ever gotten. They really pay attention to detail and make you feel comfortable. I was even told that they have a 7 Day no chip guarantee so I can come back if I have any problems. Christina was my nail technician, and Nancy for my pedicure. Thank you ladies! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. The salon is right next to my home I've given it three chances. Every time I've been there I've experienced terrible customer service from the girls who work up front. And nafter getting services done from them yesterday I received a voicemail from them asking me for MORE money! They are trying to say I did not pay for a service that I received. I know for a fact that I did pay for it. This is a terrible way to run a business. Update: After speaking with the business owner she apologized about the situation. I will be coming back here.
