My eyebrows were bushy after not being done for a loooong time. I had never had them done here, so I set out in search of a threader. Welp, I think this is my new spot. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I needed done. I was then told to have a seat in the nearby waiting area since one other person was getting their eyebrows threaded. But, I wasn't sitting for more than five minutes before that person was done. Once she started with me, she did one eyebrow first, then stopped and asked if I liked the thickness or wanted it thinner. I like my eyebrows shaped but thick, so she finished that one and moved on to the other. She then showed me the finished product, and I was very satisfied. I did minimal work, unlike other places I've gone and had to hold/pull the areas around my eyebrows. Highly recommend. I am pleased with my eyebrows and will definitely be returning.

However, the last time I went to Eyes of India, Khadija was not there I was told by the lady that sits in the middle chair that she was on vacation I let the lady in the middle chair and do my lashes, her hands stunk and smelled like fish and they were very warm. She kept milking me for more money she put on a very thin line that looked ridiculous and said that is the $25lash. I told her they were not thick enough. she then put on a few more lashes and said that was $30 and they still looked ridiculous so she added more lashes and said it was 35. While paying her she requested I give her a tip I told her not today has she done my lashes beautiful like Khadija does for $30 she could've had the five dollar tip but instead she got milk and me for money I did go back a month later to see if Khadija was back, but she was not. He's clearly dedicated to his craft, as he insisted on waiting 15 minutes for my phone to charge, so I could show him pictures of past looks I like, and his suggestion to come in for "half cuts" between regular appointments is brilliant. Perhaps hairstyling has a subjective component, but at least for my hair, Shawn really seems like the best.
