Very disappointing that I originally liked going there getting my glasses last Halloween 2025 and Stacey was incredibly nice and polite and very friendly and helpful with me getting some amazing glasses. They had a year to figure this out. Now I have to try and find a new doctor and get into them before the end of the year to be able to use my benefits. Don't think it's going to be possible with the holiday season upon us. They cost me very much money.

When I got there I filled out their "brief" medical history paperwork. The staff member who brought me back for my exam told me that before I can get glasses they have to do a $125 medical exam on me because I am diabetic. This was not mentioned when I called to make the appointment. It does not make sense. I have a doctor who is managing the diabetes. If I wasn't taking care of myself and didn't even know I was diabetic, they would have done the exam and sold me glasses without charging me for a medical exam. It seems they are trying to find ways to separate people from their hard earned money.

They did not make any attempt to clear the walkway up to the door, not even salt. The sidewalk was…read moretreacherous from snow that had fallen days before. It was not new snow. Plus it was an afternoon appointment so they had plenty of time to have it cleared off. The male receptionist just said, "That's up to the city". Fortunately, the doctor did come out several minutes later and instructed one of the staff members to shovel and put down some salt so it wasn't as treacherous getting back to the car.
