When I arrived, Christy (the employee behind the wall) didn't even get up to help me--she just leaned her head around the wall and asked what I needed. I explained I was there to pick up my husband's glasses, and she simply said someone would be calling me soon. I waited, then got up and asked her again if she could help me. She acted like I was bothering her, which was honestly shocking considering she didn't even make an effort to assist me when I first came in. When she finally brought the glasses out, they weren't even in a case--she just placed them on the counter. Horrible customer service. Think twice before going there.

Halloween. The place was decked out for Halloween and all of the staff members, including the doctor. We're all dressed and various costumes, which was awesome. I was sitting in the waiting area ready to see the doctor because I had already selected a nice frame that was on sale. The eye doctor dressed in an 80s jogging suit that was color blocked was really cute. Exam went well. Pressure was great eyes had improved. Ordered my glasses received them within two weeks. Plus it was an afternoon appointment so they had plenty of time to have it cleared off. The male receptionist just said, "That's up to the city".
