I told them to trim a little , and to cut my dogs butt short . They absolutely mangled my dog to the point that I didn't recognize her when they brought her out . They shaved her and tried to tell me they trimmed her . She looks insane . In addition they cut my pugs nail too short and she was bleeding . They don't offer any remorse or discount. Take your business elsewhere . They deserve zero stars.

The photos will tell all!! Our Jaxx has been to Emanuel pet grooming before so I see no reason for this to have happened to him. Now he did have an ear infection so he could not be groomed, but he is also Not a long haired dog. I must mention he is fully trained and a gentle soul. An all around good boy. In the photos it shows literal cuts on him. Yes he has some dry skin, as I said he couldn't be groomed for like a month but come on!!!! I do not recommend Emanuel pet grooming. Our Jaxx came home devastated. Now any animal lover knows there family member and pretty much there feelings. So I know our Jaxx was traumatized. See for yourself. I hope these photos upload.

They seem to not have patience with the dogs. My dog came back with a cut in her ear and they didn't tell us. They mentioned she moved a lot but she is only 7 months old. My doggy has not been herself since yesterday. She seems scared even when I try to hold her. That is just not her.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABY HERE!!!! THEY CUT MY BABY!!!! BAD CUT ON HER FOREHEAD!!!! They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know so I can give her cut the proper treatment! I had been taking my puppy here for about 6 months , today on 3/26/22 was my last visit. I'm sure they cleaned it up and her eyebrow hair was partially covering so I didn't find out till late night. Now I can't go to the Vet or pet store to buy an ointment. So upsetting!!!!! I would have appreciated a heads up, now if her cut gets infected I'll be stuck with a pet bill I'm sure they won't want to be responsible for! DO NOT PUT YOUR FUR BABY THROUGH A TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE!!!!

My baby girl died and they didn't even know until I got there, it was a hot day and they said oh well she was excited and panting but she stopped and we don't give them water here, so unprofessional and the way they handled it with an attitude is horrible. The photos will tell all!! Our Jaxx has been to Emanuel pet grooming before so I see no reason for this to have happened to him. I thought I left a review on yelp about how horrible Emanuel Pet Groomer is with pictures. This place I brought my dog (lab/pitbull mix) to get bath full grooming done a few times. They had told me my dog would be ready in 2 hours i was the first one there when they open the door. He wasnt ready until after 6 and they close at 5. Another time they sent a picture of a dog to me saying he was ready and it wasnt my dog. Another time he had a cut on his ear and back. The last time he came back with bald patches all over his body along with blood. My dog is a very well trained boy so sweet. There was no reason for that abuse. They told me he was already like that. read more

Absolutely Outstanding Service! I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the groomers at this establishment. They are incredibly skilled and compassionate, even when handling challenging dogs like mine. My dog has a history of biting and is typically very anxious during grooming--but somehow, in their care, she was noticeably calmer. In fact, I've been bitten myself just trying to trim her nails at home, yet these professionals managed to care for her with patience and kindness. It takes true dedication to put your own comfort and safety aside for the wellbeing of someone's pet, and that's exactly what they do here. I've seen some unfair negative comments online, grooming isn't easy, especially with unpredictable movements and the use of sharp tools. I would have offered a good review based on my first visit. However, upon my second visit, I will absolutely not be returning. The staff person (a woman, possibly the owner) was incredibly rude over the phone when I called simply to inquire the estimated wait time for pick up. I don't mind wait time. I just wanted a sense of time. I came to pick up my dog after feeling uneasy with their professionalism over the phone, and encountered the same attitude. Moreover, the way my dog was handled as she was handed over from the rude employee to the other was not ok. She handed my pup over as she said rudely "just give it to her," as she talked about how busy they were. I emphasized that I was picking her up not to rush them but because her attitude made me question the patience and care she might have with my dog. Customer service is an important part of a small business. I earnestly wanted to support this space, but I question my dog's care and safety, when basic patience and communications isn't shown to the pet owner. There are about three other grooming spots near here. I would urge anyone to opt for those. Don't come here if you want to be respected and valued. Go where you and your pet will be treated with patience and professionalism. read more

I would give zero star if I could.. horrible service . They hurt my dog so bad . My dog now has bold spots all over her body I tried to resolve the issue with them but they said they're not responsible for any damage or injuries to any dog they groomed . They told to take my dog to the vet ., and I did but they won't be responsible . I have been bringing my pug here for 2 years! They have amazing customer service and great prices! I love how they always add a free accessory item when I pick up my pet. The lady at the shop recommended me to shave my pugs hair so he wouldn't suffer with the heat and it was the best decision I ever made! Look how cute my pig was left after a well groom! I would not recommend this place, they make you pay before the service & do not follow instructions. I asked for my pet NOT to be shaved completely but upon arrival they told me they decided they would in the end. They also cut my pet & did not let me know! read more

This place has horrible service and they aren't careful with the dogs they groom. I took two teacup yorkies in today they completely shaved both of them which is not what I asked for and they cut one of my dogs. Way to expensive for such shitty service and mistreatment of dogs. read more

They are unprofessional and sell you a pill for your dog for ticks one pill $35.00And they are so rude. And the only take cash and you gotta pay before the dog gets groomed. They did a horrible job on my dog never again go there. read more

This is our 2nd time here and I love it. I will definitely keep coming. The groomer is so kind to my cat and did a great job once again!! She is honest and makes us feel comfortable, you can tell they really love animals here. I always call before going and take my cat the same day which is awesome. My cat is 6 years old and doesn't like her back legs being touched or her lower stomach area so I love that they still cut her hair even though its a struggle and she has bit them and scratched. I am so thankful for their service! My cat got a nail trim, bath, hair cut and flea treatment. So happy I found this place. read more

We really wanted to find a cat groomer close to home, and Emanuel Pet Grooming came through!! They cut our cat's hair down, trimmed her nails, and gave her a bath. Our cat loves this place! After discussing the options, he was able to remove all of the mats while preserving her coat, which I really appreciated. When he was finished she looked great and, just as importantly, she was calm and didn't seem overly stressed. As a cat owner, that meant a lot to me. The results exceeded my expectations. My cat's coat is soft and healthy again, all of the matting is gone, and he was able to save her beautiful coat without having to shave her into a lion cut. If you're looking for a skilled cat groomer who treats cats with patience and compassion, I would definitely recommend him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Whiskey was groomed for the first time at the grooming place. When i picked him up the first thing I noticed was the irritation on his neck and little blood spots. When it was brought to the attention of the groomer I was told his irritated neck is because "esta guerro" which means he is blonde then it changed to Whiskey has small bumps on his neck then lastly it was because of the deshedding tools used which was 3 different tools. He also had red eyes which seemed minor when I picked him up. As hours passed his eyes become concerning due to the swelling. The next day before his vet visit I went back to ask what products was used on Whiskey. A shampoo meant for fluffly double coated cats/dogs was used. Whiskey is a bulldog which they knew bulldogs are not double coated. They also stated they used a deshedding shampoo but the shampoo bottle they showed me says volumizing. When I showed the employee (woman) the picture of him with swollen eyes she told me that his eyes were normal for his breed. I showed her the picture of Whiskey with normal eyes and she did not say anything. I asked what could be done/what were the next steps which the she replied the vet will tell me what's wrong. When I wanted to speak to the owner the employee (woman) stated I could not have her number and she was hardly ever at that grooming place but that I could tell her what I wanted to talk about so she could tell the owner. She also mentioned the cameras recording everything including audio and the owner know i had complained about Whiskey's skin when I picked him up. I understand sometimes things happen but the lack of ANY accountability with not even an apology is upsetting as a pet owner. The section of the contract which stated they are not responsible for pet injuries caused by the pet is concerning because Whiskey did not receive a hair cut. He was deshedded, given a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Please do your research with any grooming place. I do not recommend taking your pets here. read more

I took my dog Honey here earlier today. I had dropped her off at 10:30am and didn't receive a call back until 4pm! The lady had mentioned that they tried their best and will see the results of her haircut when I come pick her up which made me feel unsteady about my doggy's grooming. As soon as I checked in the front desk they brought her out. Once I saw Honey I wanted to cry, my heart sank seeing how she was trembling uncontrollably and whimpering, I've never seen my dog this traumatized in all my years of living. Her haircut was un even along with her skin being irritated. I could've done her haircut at home for free with scissors! The employees didn't seem to pay attention or second guess her condition. This was not a normal reaction from any dog! While I was there I had seen another dog in the back room who was getting groomed and felt so bad on how they were treating him, you can tell that the dog was uncomfortable while they were screaming at him. I will never bring her here again, who knows what they did to her while I wasn't there to defend her. Please save your money and your dog's safety by not bringing your pet here. read more

they abuse animals they make animals become dramatized and scared and they also shave dogs hair with a dry razor that leaves cuts and scabs and irritates there skin so bad my poor baby dog aka my son couldnt sleep eat or go outside for 5 to 6 days now and my dog still hasnt came back to normal yet . so i dont recommend this place for no one please dont bring your furry friends here anymore emmanuel's pet grooming is terrible read more

He's 50/50 with people that he likes and can get aggressive at times but not with Dr.Cho. He loved Dr.Cho! I called the day before and got an appointment the next morning. Once I got to the office, they put us straight into the room. There was minimal wait time which was appreciated and surprising! Dr.Cho knew the diagnosis right away and gave us one medicine drops and one cleaning solution. Also to my surprise, it was only $147 for the check-up and medicine. I'm used to vet offices up-charging during vulnerable times like these but not here. They genuinely care for your pets and also very efficient as well. I asked Dr.Cho to teach me how to clean his ears properly. We did it everyday for 10 days then had a quick follow-up appointment which showed great improvement. My dog no longer scratches from flare ups anymore! Now I clean and use the medicine drops once every two weeks.
