My dogs hate the groomers, but the workers here are always so gentle with them. The worker kept comforting my scared Frenchie saying "it's ok big boy" lool since he's a baby in a big body. My Pomeranian hates getting his nails trim too, but they always massage him and make him feel comfortable. The workers have never cut their nails too deep that they bleed. It's affordable, quick, and efficient! Will definitely be back.

Because this location was so helpful in providing information, I decided to try them instead. This location's proximity is ideal. I was pleased with my dog's grooming. I will simply need to specify my preference for a consistently rounded head shape. Never had a major accident here before but 2 months ago she had serious razor burns on both sides of her under arms & thigh. I didnt see this until i brought her home. I immediately brought this to the store's attention & my call was passed to the store owner & he talked a good talk on the phone. He told me he wanted to make things right & offered a huge discount on my next visit but cannot issue refund for this visit. He wouldn't say how much of a discount except that it is a huge discount & will apply to my next visit. Comes today when I bought my fur baby for a full grooming, I was only offered 15% off by Victor. He says that's the usual maximum discount for issues like razor burns. Continued to say that he can't offer more of a discount because he has to pay his groomer. How is that the customer's responsibility when it's their groomer whom caused my fur baby to suffer for those couple of weeks. This is our last visit here not because of the discount but the attitude i received from Victor. He acted as if he didn't care & spoke on behalf of the store owner. He didn't wantvto listen & told ne to leave because hes done talking & listen ing to me.
