Today was my first time going in. Before even stepping inside the nice security guard greated me, checked my temperature and directed me where to go next. I was asked if it was my first time and I said yes and I was able to sign up for their passport club to get 15% off of my order. I really liked their set up and feel to the store. I sanitized my hands and grabbed a little basket and was able shop like if I was grocery shopping. I love being able to shop like that. Very easy to navigate, clean, neat, prices and descriptions were clear and easy to read. They had a good variety. I love the Wyld edibles and they had a deal today so I was very happy to see that. Chris was the one that was working there and he helped me with any questions I had and had great recommendations. My sister and I stoped in on our vacation to San Francisco such a great little spot. It was really nice to get to pick up and look at the products! I didn't feel rushed at all. They had a sale section too which was cool to look at. The bud tenders were super nice and answered questions and gave honest feedback and advice on so many products it was nice to know that they truly care about what the sell. Disorganized and untrained. Barcode not scanned even though an item was sold to me by the manager on 9/7. The manager Francis in general speaks very condescending to customers but realized you can't train someone how to provide great customer service to people and how to speak to others with grace. It's not about what you say, it's about how you say it and people tend to want to buy and work with people they like or isn't cold. She never smiled, and doesn't look happy when I go in. All in all, I want to avoid attitude and, by being a woman that does not like conflict. Every time I go into the store, I try not to get helped by her, but when I came in on 9/7, it was because the week prior I just purchased a brand new battery and both weeks she was my cashier. She tested my battery in a reader, and indeed it was defected because the oil leaked internally somehow, but never leaked on the exterior. I came back 9/8 to exchange an unopened battery. 22 hours to see Andre who seemed to be a nice and a good employee, however he was new on the job for a few weeks. Most of the staff seemed stressed and a lack of leadership. With the shop being so small, it's hard to have any conversation without everyone listening. I saw customers going behind the glass counter because the store feels little disorganized and ppl don't know where to stand. I came in again on 9/8 - Wanted to do an exchange, since I had a second battery I bought from them that was defected. I'm the type to stick to something if it works and my plan was to have two of the same battery after it was tested at home because I'm terrified of batteries malfunctioning. Long story short, Francis said she's already returned two batteries. It was defected so the hardware should be sent back to the vendor. I don't choose to go back-and-forth to a store, especially in the middle of the night so for her to say that they have done it twice is unacceptable because I didn't realize that they were counting. If it's a product defect that they need to return it back to manufacturer after testing and when it's industry-standard that most have that agreement. If they think they were doing me a favor, then they have a lot to catch up to Nug or Park Social. I want to be helped by people that are customer service friendly and is genuinely helpful and that I don't feel that I'm burdening the manager. I know that might be asking a lot. The manager said I wasn't even looking at her and that she's the manager, and that I was dealing with her subordinate, Andre, which was helping me first so out of common curtesy, he kept helping me at the same time. It sounded like a petty matter, not something a customer should be involved with or to help solve their internal issues. In a nutshell, I felt mistreated when I was speaking to the manager in the store. All they had to say was sorry, but we cannot do exchanges rather than making me feel like I was the concern and after saying they've done it twice already. As a customer, i wasn't respected because some comments were unnecessary. Rather than making it seem like she was going me a huge favor with 2 defected products, I wish it was a perfect product and that I did not need to come back so that Francis wouldn't have to do work. to The manager mentioned that when the battery stops working, it's an excuse to get the customers to come back to spend more money because the trick is basically rubbing alcohol. Looking forward to a bigger and a spacious dispensary, a lot of their inventory is out of stock so I don't end up finding as much. I would go to a bigger store, with better selection, and for more privacy read more
