So today was my second time coming to this establishment and to be honest, the service has been impeccable every time. Upon walking in you're greeted by a security guard, and a receptionist who are both very polite and welcoming. Which sets the tone for your experience and makes you feel at ease on arrival. My first time being here I was attended to by Yvette who was amazing! She gave me a promo that saved me money on my purchase and actually got me something free. And I love "free" lol jk. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Grace, who really embodies her name. Grace was not only kind but extremely knowledgeable about the products, pricing, and the overall quality of each individual brand; which gave me the confidence to try something new. And I'm glad I did because it's phenomenal! Yvette and Grace have been the best first and second impressions a customer can have. Truly... Ok I went out of my way for this! I showed up 9:50 pm and had called prior for confirmation about timing and they politely said to show up no problem see you here! When I showed up the lady literally said they are closed because it was packed!!! Lmao when there was only about 4 cars in the lot. I'm a regular there so yes it made me feel some type of way because she was lying to my face. Don't know her name but she's short light skinned curly hair and a little on the plus size for lack of better words I'm being nice trust! Easily the longest wait of any dispo I've ever gone to, took 45 minutes to get in and out and I knew exactly what I wanted before I arrived. Had to wait in 3 different lines, one to check in, another to select products and a third just to pay. Its an incredibly inefficient process. read more

Here they have a serious issue with rude workers and their disposables several time I've purchased disposables that go bad in a few days and the return or refund policies are horrible no consideration for all the money customers spends there I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere. Service was horrible and it was my first time going to the dispensary after turning 21. It's unbelievable that they sell singles for 25 dollars and the budtenders are airheaded; spewing nonsense about cannabis as if they learned from a folktale. Would not recommend. If I were to shop anywhere, I would do research about them using WeedMaps and go in with a plan because otherwise these clowns will swindle you. I gave this place a good google review, and was just concerned with limited selection or hiked price at times, but understood because of the location. I wish I would have waited because having employees that just don't want to work there, or make it seem that way is strange, never do you expect to have a bad encounter with someone who's whole job is to sell weed, and you literally never have that encounter at other dispensaries. When your prices are already bad, you'd think personability, and connecting to the community would be your #1 priority. I was super excited to see Fontana finally had a dispensary, but that changed pretty quickly. Hate to say it but I was pretty disappointed coming here. The staff was nice, but some of them weren't very knowledgeable about the product. The setup is great. Really nice shop and there's a wide variety. I spent about $45 and got charged $58 out the door. That's $13 in taxes! That's literally insane! Not to mention it was my first visit and I got absolutely no deals as a first time visitor, which I feel is pretty standard for most dispensaries. They have a membership program that I definitely signed up for while there, but I guess those deals don't kick in for the first visit either. Far too expensive. Would probably only come back for a pre roll under $10. Aside from that, I'm gonna stick to green chamber in Jurupa Valley. read more

Taxes included on everything in store plus there 30% off all day every day on anything in the store no limit. Very nice & welcoming place. The customer service is amazing! Cheyanne was helpful when I arrived and made my check out process easy. I did have an issue with a rosin disposable (totally wouldn't recommend lol it was almora) however Ryan was helpful at making sure my item got replaced and made the process seem fast by chatting away with us while he did the return. Even the security was polite. I did forget the name of the guy who checks our IDs (he was working on July 17th between 6-8 pm) but he was also very nice and even told us the meaning of Embarc! read more
