I attempted to return a pod I purchased on Dec 10th. I purchased (2) 1 gram pods. Opened my second pod Wednesday and was unable to use it. I was unable to pull it. Tested it on another pen and confirmed defective. I kept packaging, cover, the original seal sticker, the box & the receipt. The bud tender Jorge checked me out on the 10th same bud tender that I checked out with today. Spoke to the women with pink hair, she said her bud tenders tell everyone that you have 48 hours to return your pod if you have any issue. & that her bud tenders also tell customers if you buy multiple to open all of them and try them all. I've been coming here since this spot opened in April & not once was I told I have 48 hours to return defective products. I've been checked by several different bus tenders & not one has ever said all of that verbiage when checking out. I have ALWAYS been told that if I have any issues to keep packaging and receipt. I was denied a returned today because I was not told the return policy correctly after being a customer since April. This is my first return, so this is my first experience with a defective item. I purchased one pod & spoke to the bud tender Jorge at the register ( after he stood next to. I'm assuming his lead ) & I stated I'm surprised you didn't saying anything back there. You're the one that checked me out on the Dec 10th & you asked me what I did for work. You replied, yeah I remember you now. & I said you could have told her you didn't provide that information to me. He apologized. I spoke so highly of this shop because of their customer service. I'm so disappointed that the bud tender Jorge didn't take accountability and the pink hair lead, didn't even look at pod, the box, or the receipt, she just stood there and said no, I should have came back within 48 hours bc her bud tenders tell everyone. read more

I asked for a certain product and THEY SWITCHED IT ON ME LAST MINUTE. I noticed when I left and called to get it switched for the product I asked for but was DENIED EXCHANGE. Service was okay felt like everyone treated me with hospitality. Maybe it's because the entire store was empty with no customers for a Sunday afternoon. Selection is mid, they don't carry high end products in the store at all. Myfavorite Franchise is jungle boys and they did not have it included in their menu. I guess if you're desperate then be ready to pay high end prices for their products. Their tax on top of their cannabis is outrageous and if you're not carrying cash, be ready to get hit with a five dollar fee just to use your debit card or credit card. Definitely not coming back to this location and going to make the trip to other dispensaries where tax is not inflated and prices are reasonable for actual patients with medical conditions. read more

It was my first time attending and It was also my birthday recently, the front desk and security were wonderful and kind, but when I told my budtender my budget was 15-25 dollar hybrid or sativa cartridges, my budtender Jorge only recommended me 50 and 40 dollar cartridges. I talked about having 60 dollars cash and how I would be down to get something more expensive than 20, but regardless I ended up getting 2 carts and a bag of edibles that came out to 55 dollars and I didn't receive a Birthday (which I don't care about) or first time discount, even though I gave my phone number and email up front. Definitely taxes way too much. Only been there a handful of times and had 2 instances of product failure. The turn pods are not it. Also got a preroll opened it up and there was nothing in there.
