Used the pool and hot tub on my last visit here. Both were clean and the area was well maintained even though there were a lot of people; there was enough chairs, tables, and loungers. Staff is very friendly and kind!

I was very glad this hotel had a room available. I tried to reserve a room on the app but internet was not working that well while we were driving. Plus we were only here 1 night and it was great. We got there late, and were hungry. Unfortunately the food closed down when we got there. So we needed to go out for food. There is a lot of construction going on so there were some on ramps closed. We got food though. The room was nice, standard king room with a living room area. The door to the bathroom was a little wonky, and I noticed there wasn't a place or hook to put my towel when I took a shower. The breakfast in the morning was decent. There was definitely space to move around to get the food and we like the seating area. Overall a good stay.

This is a decent Embassy Suites that offers a nicer than "average" hotel stay feel. The room is spacious but the bed sadly was hard as a rock. The hotel was clean and even had a bar and restaurant downstairs. I might stay again if in the area.

3.75/5 Pet friendly - with a charge Stayed here because it was close to Valencia Country Club, came for the Lorena Ochoa event. Checking in was a breeze and the customer service great, they offer 2 free alcoholic drinks or non-alcoholic during happy hour between 5pm-7pm. They also offer snacks; goldfish, carrots, celery, ranch, chips, salsa and nacho cheese. It wasn't much but it was great knowing we didn't expect it. We had plans with friends for dinner, if we didn't already make reservations, I would've stayed for dinner. Stayed on the 4th floor room 413, came in clutch since it was an ADA room and my partner would have had a hard time getting in and out of the tub, since our other friends were also in the hotel (I personally suggested) I noticed how much bigger our room was! Missing a star because the breakfast could have been better, I noticed the chafing dishes were new but why wasn't the food hot? I did like the create your own omelet station which came with bacon and hashbrown again, food could've been hotter. Great service from the cooks! Also, there was an odd smell in the hotel, other than old and outdated lol but it came on very strong. Lastly, this hotel has ample parking, they must get people leaving there car over night because they charge $12 for parking.

    Disgusting dirty mirror

We have stayed at several Embassy Suites and this one is THE WORST! When we checked in the gentleman was nice but did not give us any info on the hotel. My husband asked about the cards we usually get from other locations for breakfast and parking. He said we did not need anything. I went to the car later that evening and saw parking permits on all the other cars dashboards. So I had to go back in to ask for one. When we got into the room it was dingy. That room has not been deep cleaned since the building of it in 2007! The shower head had orange build up, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, the couch was old and dirty and had fraying in several spots, the mirrors were streaky and have not had any cleaning solution put to them ever, there was a scratch on the TV, the fire detectors flash all night long in the living room and bedroom, the bedroom bed was not that comfortable we woke up several times throughout the night, the pull out sofa bed was worn down to a pancake and was so uncomfortable. You have to sleep with your head where your feet should go as the bed has an incline (unless you want to sleep in the Trendelenburg position), the AC is extremely loud, the hallways smell like feces every morning coming back from breakfast which is so nauseating. Speaking of breakfast, it was ok. Not much of a selection. Scrambled eggs, potatoes and mini pancakes. Everything is room temperature. There is no breakfast meat out you have to ask for it. They do have muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and fruit as well. The omelettes were good as they are freshly made. The cook was being fake nice. The staff seemed bothered about guests getting breakfast for free. Don't offer it then! You aren't allowed to bring your food up to your room which is ridiculous! It felt like I was at a low budget motel for a high price. It is close to Six Flags so that's a plus if you're visiting there. Although there are plenty of other hotels to stay in that are much better. We will never stay at this location again.

    Breakfast from 7am-10am.

We stayed here a couple times before whenever we visit magic mountain. The price is expensive and I believe somewhere in there they add breakfast. Breakfast is key for me here. Endless amount of breakfast from 7am-10am. Good food. The rooms are clean and for the cost its probably a little over priced but gets the job done for the stay. Showers may have been upgraded recently. Rooms have always been fully equipped with everything thats suppose to be in the rooms.

Traveling with kiddos and worried about breakfast options, is there pancakes or a waffle iron?

They serve waffle sticks. They do not serve pancakes.

Is it located close to I5?, we're just passing by and want something close to the freeway. We don't want to take a drive through town

Yes, this hotel is just off I5 and just a few miles away from local attractions.

How is the freeway noise at this hotel if facing toward Magic Mountain?

There is another larger building between the freeway & this hotel- you cannot hear the freeway.

The hotel appeared to be less than half occupied, yet we were first placed in a room directly behind the elevator. We have a child who is very sensitive to noise, so we asked to be moved to a quieter room. Instead, we were moved to a room facing the main avenue, where an ambulance immediately went by and scared our child. When we went back to the front desk, the only other option offered was an accessible room. Unfortunately, that room was not acceptable. The toilet was visibly stained, the towels were incomplete, the AC was noisy and did not cool the room, there were spider webs in the ceiling corners, the curtain was hanging off and letting light in, and the bed and bedding were extremely uncomfortable. It is 3:36 a.m. and I am fully awake. If I were not traveling with kids, I would have left. This felt far below Hyatt standards and not at all like the experience I expected from the "World of Hyatt". A budget motel may have offered the same comfort and cleanliness level for half the price.

Just a couple mns later I received a message in my email from the hotel saying they were able to accommodate my request. I really loved getting a message ahead of time. Easy check in. They have a store, swimming pool, hot tub, breakfast 7-10am, basketball courts, laundry room and more! The only thing we were a little iffy about was the person wandering in circles around the building with no shoes and yelling. He was going straight through the front desk area across to the other side of the building, out the back door and around the building again. While we were outside, he went around 4 times and then we went to our room. I know theres probably not too much they can do about that, but it made us worry about our car a little. We really enjoyed all of the small things that were accessible in the room. They had all the utensils you need to eat and cook with, pots, pans, cutting board, bowls, plates, cups, toaster....everything. They also already have dishsoap and sponge in the kitchen. They also have Netflix on our TV which we really enjoyed. Overall, even though we havent left yet, we're extremely enjoying our stay and its been a great last HOORAH, coming back from our disneyland trip. We would definitely come back to stay again.
