I spent 2 days cleaning the apartment and cleaned everything, everywhere until it was spotless including every appliance, and rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned the carpets twice. There were a few spots on the walls that needed to be repainted but they charged for a full apartment repaint, full clean, and carpet cleaning. Living here was okay, but keep in mind that you will be living across the street from the Geneva Rock quarry. Everything will be constantly covered in dust. I especially recommend against living in any apartment facing the east side of the property. Fine sand particles will permeate through every crack and coat the entire apartment with sand and dust. The location is okay and service is mid.

It was great working with Dan Kennedy, our realtor, in the purchase of our home in Highland, Utah…read more Since we were coming from out of state (Texas), we had a limited amount of time to look and to put a house under contract as our goal was to get it done quickly and in just one visit. We researched homes on Zillow and Dan sent us many potential listings from MLS for us to consider, based on the input he solicited from us in order to get a good sense of the types of homes and the locations we would consider. Based on the many listings we reviewed, we communicated with Dan on homes we truly were interested in seeing on our house hunting trip. I ended up coming out alone without my wife to tour homes and the home viewing process was done super efficiently because Dan had worked out the logistics of seeing as many of the homes we could on the first day. That one day resulted in our putting in a contract on a beautiful home in a great neighborhood at the right price. The process from signing the contract to closing went very well. While there were a few glitches along the way (as anyone who has bought or sold a home would expect), Dan and his team (particularly Allie Lunt) acted very quickly on everything that needed to be done. All in all, buying our home with the help of Dan and his team was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone considering the purchase or sale of a home in Utah Valley.

Larsen and Company was the greatest experience ever! We had listed with another Company for over 6…read moremonths and their total effort consisted of a small metal sign, pictures taken on an iphone (one with a thumb in the photo), and finally after months of begging, a four hour open house with two balloons and a package of cookies from Harmon's. When our listing expired, we listed with Larson's and within the first ten days, we had a "stager" visit with many helpful suggestions; a professional photographer (with a REAL camera) take photos; and we were visible not only on the MLS, but also KSL, Zillow, and all the other sites (the first Company told us "those other sites weren't important). All the while, Sam kept us constantly updated on what was going on with our Listing. Curteous, professional, honest, reliable....there aren't enough adjectives to praise the Larson's!!! As far as we can see, the only negative review belongs to "Ben D".....and how dumb to you have to be to not know you pay a real estate company a commission. How do you think they make a living, Ben? We have filed a grievance with DOPL and the Board of Realty about the first Company, and you're welcome to look it up if you'd like to see who NOT to use in the Draper area.
