The only reason I'm not giving five-stars is that there is too much clutter in there right now . I do have to say though , that Nelson is able to work around that as he helps all of his customers and by doing this , the clutter is just a hick-up , not an obstacle .

There's no sign on the door stating any sort of closure and their hours on Google say they should be open. Additionally, the business hours sign on the front door is completely off, giving me no idea if and when to return. I think that answers that question. Why come back to a place you can't count on being open? Call their phone several times, but their mailbox is full and there is no recording with hours or their closure. Fully disappointed.

Owner could have easily said "sorry i'm firm on my prices" instead of saying "i feel insulted" and then to start arguing with you which we weren't trying to insult you but the markups are crazy especially on pokémon cards too. Brought my son with me this last time since he just got hooked on Pokémon. Even though the shop was busy, the staff was attentive and didn't rush us at all. Daniel, the manager, is always incredibly helpful whenever I come in, and the team even let my son pick out a Pokemon card. Their prices are very fair, especially for Pokémon stuff. They were also handing out raffle tickets with purchases for their event giveaways, so we're definitely saving ours up and heading back for their big anniversary event on October 4th.
