Brad has a chip on his shoulder. My husband called to ask about a gold Buffalo coin he was buying for a gift. Brad was nice on the phone, but was sure different in person. As a layman, we asked questions to what we thought was a professional in this business. And he took offense as if we questioned his integrity. He rudely said " Nevermind, I don't want sell it". When my husband asked why he would made us drive down if that was the case? He responded by saying he's has been there for 10 yrs, that should be enough. We immediately went to Quicksilver in Lake Forest. Boy, what a difference! He pulled out a Special Metal Detector, a book to show us exactly what we were buying, and even told us to call his cell phone anytime we had questions. These guys seem like good people, i wasnt able to make a deal with them but im not going to judge them for trying to make a buck. I do have would like to make a recommendation or two. 1. if your going to have a firearm in a business (which I'm not at all aginst) it should never leave your side. So, maybe not leave it under some papers within reach of customers...Especially if you both plan to go to the back and leave the customer alone with your weapon exposed. 2. telling your customers you "have a gun, cause things get unruly in your area" dose not promote future business nor dose it generate sympathy.
