I had a simple tooth extraction in early June done by "Dr Donna" (idk she didn't introduce herself…read more During the numbing process she damaged the outer cushion of my dental nerve. Yep big old needle right in the old nerve. I have never had pain that intense and I've had to have dental care since I was little. She didn't say anything no "sorry are you okay" nada. She finally got the tooth out spitting it right in two. My lip, tongue in cheek were numb for over 3 weeks. When I went for follow up I was telling the male Dr (again they never said their names) was extremely rude and dismissive of my continued numbness saying something like "let's not blow anything out of proportion"! I knew right then I would never go back there. I've been seeing a different DDS who's also a friend even though I have to drive to Westwood. I left a great review prior to them doing anything I was impressed with the front office staff. Anyway I've spent the summer dealing with the trauma as my nerve jacket heals, I get my lower lip jerking all the time which my Dr who treats me now says it does that as it heals trauma in the nerve. Anyone going here I hope you do not have my same experience! Best
