I had braces in my teen years but couldn't complete treatment at that time. I've always been insecure about my teeth. Fast forward to being 36 years old and living in LA, I called several places to find the best fit. I knew from the FIRST call with BHO that I was in the right hands, they were incredible. I mean this in every sense of the word. They were compassionate, transparent about pricing, genuinely happy to be helping me and smart. I was consistently met in the clinic for my routine appointments with the same technicians (I didn't notice any turnover) and staff who were professional, knowledgeable and held my hand every step of the way. They have a number to text which makes scheduling super smooth, and I probably rescheduled my appointments a million times during the process due to travel but they were always really chill and nice about it - helping work around whatever my schedule was that month. Now for Dr. Monica. She is one of the nicest and smartest doctors I have ever met. She listened carefully, never rushed me, and addressed every concern I had about my teeth. She was always 100% supportive and deeply understood how much having a new smile meant to me. She remembered me every time I saw her in the clinic and has the best energy. I had one tooth that was a little bit challenging and she immediately knew what the solution was to get me to my fantasy smile. The appointments in clinic were 100% painless. This treatment, doctor and clinic have truly changed my life. I almost still can't believe it. Where to start: RUN I recently moved to the valley and switched to this loction. Just so you are aware they are only here1-2 times a month at this loction but always seem to have to reschedule do to conflicts. If you don't mind being rescheduled last minute this is the office for you. On my recent visit here I noticed they give out gift cards 10-20 dollers if you leave a 5 star review. Ask for yourself upon your next visit with them to collect your gift:) There was a line to check in along with no parking slots available and no one in the front to greet nor check you in and the seats where full in the waiting area. The staff has been nice so far but I've been starting to question the quality of work as they seem short on staff. I noticed a couple of patients questioning the wait time over 30/40 minute wait. You can over hear full conversations of why a patient still owed money unaware why and needed to pay it. I wish I would have re considered and chosen a more slow pace office that actually had there shit together or listened to concerns or feedback as I had to see a different Dr again. read more

Everyone must go to BHO. Every time I walk in, I'm immediately laughing with the receptionists, practitioners, Cesar, and Dr. Ogbevoen. They're always so willing to walk me through exactly what we're doing, and their knowledge shows straight away. They will make you forget you're just at the orthodontist and think you're at a party with lots of photos of teeth on the walls. I started going to BHO a couple years ago to start Invisalign treatment, and have had a wonderful experience the entire time. Everyone in their staff is lovely and their facilities at every location I've been to are always extremely clean and inviting. I ended up needing braces halfway through which they also put on for me and did a great job. I'm finally finishing my treatment next week and feel like the overall appearance of my teeth is so much better than they were two years ago. Wore braces as a teenager but never wore my retainer and ended up with a cross bite as an adult. I was recommended to Beverly Hills Orthodontics by my dentist and loved them. Incredibly nice people, lovely offices in multiple locations which is nice since I live and work in different spots. They were even able to fix the cross bite with Invisalign, which was a pleasant surprise. Very happy with the results and my smile. I even like the before and after pics because I lost some weight, but they didn't really have anything to do with that. After having jaw surgery as a teenager to fix a crossbite, I am extremely picky about finding excellent dentists and orthodontists. I'm glad I found BHO. From their website, amazing communication, customer service, clarity of information, new patient forms (yup, I'm serious), and an honest and very informative virtual consultation with Dr. Cohen--I was thoroughly impressed. They are taking extremely safe precautions at their office to minimize contact during COVID, utilizing their 3D scanning capabilities as opposed to impressions like some other offices do. I love this office!! It has been an exceptional experience thus far, 8mo into my son's Invisalign treatment. The doctors and entire staff (both here and at the Beverly Hill location) are great at explaining things in detail and they are always helpful when we need to change appointments or make special requests, like ensuring you won't be able to see the attachments on his teeth when filming. I've never had problems scheduling an appointment (unlike some we got quotes from where the doctor only works a couple days a week) and we never wait more than a couple minutes to be seen. They are very upfront with costs and have affordable monthly payment options. Plus they gave us a military discount which we greatly appreciate.
