Woke up this morning to a sheen of water across my basement floor. Sump pump failure! Ran a list of local plumbers and found highly rated Embrich. Can't say enough about what a great experience I had with them. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic and follow thru- they checked all the boxes and I am so appreciative that I found them. Woman I spoke to on the phone initially thought she could have someone out first thing tomorrow morning, but she must have sensed my panic haha and told me "they got me" and promised to find a way to get a truck out today. They followed thru-Cody and Jack arrived a couple hours later, diagnosed issue, presented three different solves at various price points and offered guidance on plus/ minus of each. We selected an option, and they installed by mid-afternoon, and taking the time to walk me thru the fix, how the new equipment works and what to watch for if future issues occur. Embrich did everything right, except unfortunately one very big thing that knocked them down 2 stars. They were on time, professional, courteous, and produced high quality work. The thing they did not do well for us is called price gouging. We absolutely could not believe the price tag for what was done! We had 2 kitchen faucets replaced that WE supplied. The job took less than 2 hours, and we were charged $946. In other words, $500 per hour for labor. Seriously? Does Embrich charge everyone $500/hr.? Extremely disappointed in this and made me question their claim to "integrity". If you are considering using them, beware of outrageous price tags! read more

Neither try to squeeze money out of you, & instead inform you of the best route + next steps while also walking you through what it all means. We came home from work last night to a wet basement. Embrich was amazing! They were up front about the cost of an after hours call and gave me options. At first I decided to wait but called back 20 minutes later to have them come out. I was able to talk to the plumber, Ashton, before he came out. It was the sump pump. He was clear on pricing and didn't make us feel any pressure. He replaced it, gave us tips for insurance and left things cleaner than when he got there. Amazing experience! read more

Charged me $262 to install a kitchen faucet that took 20 minutes to do, meaning they charged me $786/hour for the labor. They wouldn't give me a ballpark estimate over the phone before they came out, and I just wanted it done by the time they were able to get here. I did agreed to the price before they started work, so bad on me, but I later called back to complain about feeling ripped off, and they said that's their flat rate, they weren't going to do anything about it. read more

I called Embrich Plumbing to service my water heater. The person who answered my call was friendly and accommodating. The technician that came to my home (Chase) was very polite and knew his stuff. He installed a new A.O. Smith water heater and he did a great job with the installation. It was very clean and professional work and was done quickly. I plan to use them again if I have any plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work Embrich Team! On a Sunday afternoon we had a pipe leak from our tub/shower, but it was inside the wall and we couldn't get to it. This was causing the pipe to leak into our basement. Since Embrich was a member of the Troy/Maryville Chamber, I gave them a call. The lady that answered the call took all the information down and said someone would call us back. A guy called us very shortly and said he would be at our home in about an hour. He said he would call when he was about 15 minutes away and he kept his word. A young guy showed up, quickly diagnosed our problem, and gave us a couple options with pricing along with the worst case scenario. He explained everything so thoroughly. The work was done quickly and he was very professional. We were a little apprehensive about using this company because we chose them based on the fact they were Chamber members. We did know they were a family business and like to support local small businesses. I would highly recommend this company. They are honest and extremely efficient.
