My husband needed to find a place to update his fantasy football league trophy. A new plate was needed to add the winner's name. Based on reviews and pricing Victory Trophies was where he ultimately decided to go. It's a small shop but they do everything. Dropping off the trophy that morning my husband was quoted a couple of days but the trophy was done by that afternoon! He was thrilled. The font, size, and appearance all looked perfect. Customer service was excellent the whole way through. Pricing here was a FRACTION to what he has paid previous years at other shops. Highly recommend! Only complaint and drop for the star was the shop was closed when I came to pick up two days later. A handwritten sign said 9 am-1 pm or afternoon appts only. Where Yelp and their actual store hours on a sign said 9 am-5 pm. Unfortunately, I wasted time driving here (25 mins) only to have to turn right back around and head home. read more

Super friendly and helpful. Wanted to get a trophy engraved with most recent award winner. She took the time to explain that the previous engraving was unique and there were a couple of options that would come close, but likely not match perfectly. The new award winner information came out great and the price was very reasonable. Her service, friendliness, and prices more than make up for the limited hours. read more

Cheryl does amazing work! She is so kind and patient, not to mention she is also super speedy! She took the time to sit down with me and ask me every detail to make sure she got the plaque 100% correct. Omg so friendly very well knowledge, i walked in with no clue and the lady she was very helpful and understanding. It was the easiest walk through and her ideas were amazing! Thank you Cheryl for all your help. Although I was not able to purchase my item from Victory Trophies, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. I had a broken leg and was unable to make it into the shop... Cheryl texted me multiple photographs of items I might like. The communication was flawless and prompt. She even texted me before she placed her order to make sure my order made it in on time. I had a project for work that required me to get plaques made quickly. A friend recommended Victory. At the shop I received amazing service and the plaques were made the same day. That night I realized that the name on one of the plaques was spelled wrong (this was completely my own fault, mind you). The next morning I went back and the woman working there (who had helped me the day before, but I never asked her name) made me a new one right away while I waited.
