I really like to talk a lot especially about my business which I am very passionate about. Which brought me to Eureka leather in the first place. I am very picky about almost everything in my life so when I decided to start reupholstering chairs for my furniture business, I was worried I wasn't going to be able to source leather from a dealer that was going to allow me the hands on approach that I knew I needed to take. Not only was Albert easy to talk to on the phone, but he was reassuring that he would have what I would need, and offer the assistance as well. When I asked to see multiple hides of leather, never once did I feel like I was annoying them. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I knew without a doubt when I left there with the hide that I did, I was going to be able to accomplish my desired outcome. Every other store I called had to special order or did not give me the impression that I was going to have the hands on approach that I was hoping for. So I got exactly what I needed with Eureka leather. Then to top it all off. The prices are unbeatable hands-down. Finally to put this on perspective. I am buying one hide at a time. I am not buying a truckload or one hide a week or one hide a day. I am buying one a month and I still get this kind of service from them. they actually stayed in the store for me to come there today on a holiday. These guys are awesome. They're fun to talk to. They have great prices and very accommodating. I think the biggest hurdle that they will need to overcome is the fact that PETA has people giving them bad reviews but I'm assuming that's gonna go along with the territory when your business revolves around animal products. The showroom has a huge inventory of deeply discounted fabric remnants and endless samples of fabrics that can be ordered. Vanessa and her team were so helpful and helped us step outside our comfort zone with chair fabric. We were so happy with the process, we decided to also have a bench upholstered and a pair of draperies made for a spare bedroom. While we are extremely happy with the quality with all three projects, the chairs are the most impressive, due to the complexity involved in the repeat in the fabric. These are highly talented crafts people doing the work. We will return for custom tablecloths and outdoor furniture cushions, and any other fabric related projects!

Side note: call ahead to let them know you're on the way or call from your car as the lobby door is kept locked while the seamstress is working.

The store is a little small but had a lot of fabric and altered dresses on display. I told her what I needed so she offered me to change so she can see the dress. There is a small curtain dressing room in the corner of the store. After looking at the dress she kindly said it wasn't possible which I figured. But I had a pair of pants I needed to trim and I tried on that. There was a long mirror and she measured the trim height with a clip and asked if it was good height. She quoted me $12 on the hem. I entered all my information on the iPad and got an email confirmation. Three days later, I came back to pick up and she gave it to me. Now my pants are not too long and a good height. The trim looks nice too because I don't see any cuts or string. I say her prices are reasonable.
