I had Joan sign me up for a dental plan in 2019. She signed me up for automatic renewal without telling me and I was charged for 2020, 2021, and again in 2023 without my knowledge. In that period I went to the office and had work done without insurance paying anything. They quit accepting that plan after 2019. Then she sells me a new plan in 2022 and I soon discover I had been paying for the first one for three years without any benefit. I complained and they cancelled my insurance without reimbursing me for anything. I knew I would never get my premiums back for the first plan but they should reimburse me for the second. They have ripped me off of 150 dollars and when I disputed the charge they refused to settle the dispute. This was Joan's mistake, she never asked or told me she was signing me up for auto renewal. This is so wrong. Besides that, after spending over 10,000 for crown replacement my mouth has never been right. My mouth bothers me constantly now and 3d xrays don't show what is under the crowns but something is not right. I would advise you all to stay away from this office, you may learn to regret it as I have.

From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted by Kiannie, Johana, and Brandon, who are consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They really set the tone for every visit. Dr. Georges is truly one of the nicest and most down-to-earth doctors I've ever met. From the beginning, he took the time to really listen to my concerns about straightening my teeth, replacing missing teeth, and achieving a natural, cosmetic look with veneers. He created a thoughtful, long-term plan alongside his treatment coordinator Kiannie (who is awesome, by the way), where I started with orthodontics, kept up with my routine cleanings, and then returned for veneers. During my journey, I was seen by Katie and Madison for cleanings, and they are by far the best hygienists I've ever had. They were always attentive, checked in on my orthodontic progress, and made sure I stayed on track with my treatment plan. Why does it have to be paid first? I haven't missed not one payment since we made this agreement. I will not be going back. Hell...I don't even want to drive by there. I'll never go back there as long as I live. I still think they should be taking care of this since I'm still paying. Don't want my credit rating dipping if I stop paying them. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Both my hygienist and doctor were professional, attentive and thorough. I left feeling taken seriously and cared for. Since my visit my issue has subsided. Highly recommend!
