They are located in a great part of town. John is the best example of great customer service. He took all the time needed to answer all of my questions. He was also available to give my husband a tour of what he had available on his lot. They provide 24/7 security which was one of the main reasons why we chose to store with them. Sure, there are cheaper places to rent from, but no other lot out there could provide the type of service and security that John does over at Cobalt!

They seem to forget and keep billing you. so my advice, speaking from experience, make note to watch your account and don't take anyones word for it! waisting time with your bank and with a business that doesn't understand customer service or communication within it's own business and leaves it up to you to do what they should do and with the wort customer service I've ever had to deal with, is sad! I asked them if it was possible to fix the door because it was very hard to open and close and it didn't want to lock. I was told no, that I just needed to deal with it. When I let them know that this was not going to work for me, they did not make any suggestion for fixing the situation. I felt like the did not value me as a customer. I was also in formed that I would not et my money back even though it was the same day that I opened the unit. So two days later I closed it and told I would no longer be using the unit. Save yourself the grief and frustration and go some where else from the beginning

Carts for example are extremely rare to come by so expect to carry all your heavy stuff in and out or rent your own dolly. They claim to have all these things you can use when you come but we've often waited around an hour for a cart to be free or just gave up. We are military and needed the value they offered but it's not convenient and they really pushed us to take a unit on a higher floor with the assurance that carts are easily available etc. not true and we've been here over a month now. Also the elevator system sucks if you are alone and trying to carry your stuff- you have about 30 seconds to get from the entrance door to the elevator before it locks. Can't express enough how frustrating this is making our move. I do not recommend unless you really don't care how long and hard moving in your stuff is- it's going to be a nightmare getting out unless we leave it up to military movers. Blegh.

We usually randomly stop by to check on things, but the 3rd time we noticed that all the locks were broken. When we mentioned to the front office, they did not offer to make things right or even take off a portion of the monthly charge. The lack of security for a "secured" area is a joke! They don't monitor the area, nor do they give two craps, as long as they get their money. Extremely disappointed and will never refer this storage unit to anyone. DO NOT use this place. They are not secured or trustworthy!

Our first rate was quoted $92/month and when we left they notified us they would be increasing to $295/month the following pay period. We also discovered upon grabbing our stuff an abundance of mice feces all over our unit. We told the front desk and they acted like they had no idea. After doing some research later that day, we realized they lied to our face as this has been an ongoing problem with public storage for the last few years at least. Do NOT rent here and go elsewhere.
