On Saturday 12/27 I wanted to watch ESPN instead of CNN fake news. The TV was in front of me but wouldn't change. After I was done with my cardio the lady next to me reading her book with her fancy book holder leaned over to her husband and said, "Did you see that?" she was referring to me trying to change the TV to CNN, and says to her husband, what an idiot? Really? I never in 25 years had anyone say that to me in a gym. Very disrespectful considering I don't talk to anyone in a gym. If you want the hassles of a woke individual name calling or being locked out of your gym, it's a good reason to end your membership if you have other choices and with Crunch, we do! My husband and I took a tour and immediately signed up. Once you join, you pay month by month. It works great for us since our schedule can take us out of town. A monthly commitment allows for us to skip a period of time and then come back when we are able. It is a locked facility so I feel comfortable going anytime of the day. They also are very concerned with keeping the equipment clean and have tubs with wipes located all around. Brian is my trainer 3 times a week for a very reasonable fee. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that I get a workout while checking how I am doing as we go. Candice is a Licensed Massage Body Therapist. What makes this unacceptable is that the gym continues to collect mandatory maintenance and equipment dues from members, yet refuses to invest in even basic industrial fans to ensure a safe environment. Working out under these conditions is a health hazard, and management's refusal to address it shows a complete lack of care for member safety and satisfaction.
