I booked a 90 min massage and a 60 min facial. My massage therapist, Chauntelle, was AMAZING. She is the only reason for any stars at all. She was truly exceptional. However, the facial, provided by another ended 30 mins early! At the initiation of services I requested no steam. I have had various types of facials once a month in Golden & Vail, CO as well as, Houston, TX for years so I am fully aware that just removing the option of steam on my face doesn't exclude a full 30 mins of a 60 min service. There are lots of other things that can be provided in place of steam. In fact, my provider was in such a huge rush that she forgot to remove the hand wraps prior to exiting the room. Again, something that has never happened before. Very disappointing. Further the facility was extremely noisy...I could hear very clearly every conversation in the hallway and in the lobby area where nails were being done. No one there seemed to be able to close a door quietly either with multiple doors banging shut for the duration. read more

You get what you pay for, an "economical" massage, at least compared to higher end spas, with no ambiance/aesthetics. The massage was ok, but I did notice that he didn't do all the things he did on the first leg on the second one and the same thing for the arms. In addition they were out of the lavender oil/aroma that I requested and the masseuse didn't say anything at all until I asked and didn't offer any alternative. The foam cushion on the tables don't cover the entire table and so your arms are resting on the edge of the foam and you feel like they are going to fall off the table. The cover for the head pillow doesn't seem like it was meant for a head pillow. It just hung loosely in the place meant for you to be able to breath. I had to figure out how to tuck it out of the way so there was at least some open space to breath. Not to mention, it had a burlap, material kind of smell which wasn't appealing. Before and after, there was no offer of water. Even massage envy was better than this place. read more

I have made appointments with several different massage therapists and estheticians at this spa several times in the past year and all have been professional and incredibly nice. Very clean and the rates are reasonable. I hate when I go to a spa and the receptionist does not make me feel welcome and appreciated because it ruins the whole experience. The ladies here greet you with a smile! They are work hard to make you feel relaxed. Note that the spa hours are by appointment only including the nail technician. Since I found this place, I now start and end my vacation with them. I've had several different therapists and they are all really good. I do love Stephanie, Candice, and Brittany all professional and the best in the area. I would recommend that you try ANY of the therapists or estheticians for what fits your schedule and feel confident that you will not regret choosing this spa for a relaxing time. read more

I scheduled a couples massage for me and my husband on valentines day. When we got there I informed them I was newly pregnant and due to liability reasons I couldn't get a massage but my husband still got one. With brainstorming Sharon suggested a facial in lieu of the massage and I went for it. The facial was very relaxing and Sharon was a delightful person to chat with. She made me feel very comfortable and educated me on skin care without trying to sell me anything. I got a scalp and neck massage that was very relaxing and felt great. After the facial I felt refreshed and my face felt amazing. I highly recommend this place, very professional and down to earth/flexible. I never do this but my wife insisted. I Found this spa online, and trusted the great reviews. I Purchased a spa package for my wife's 36th birthday. She and my mom enjoyed all the services ( massage, facial, manicure) and left feeling relaxed. The manager Crystal was very friendly over the phone and organized the packages for me. I was able to take care of it for them so they didn't need to worry about anything. Crystal, Katie and Brittany were awesome.. We will be back next time we are in town. It was walking distance from our hotel which is also another plus. Its nice to find a professional and friendly staff when you are on vacation. We went for a couples massage. Both massage therapists were very professional. The facilities were very clean and the atmosphere was perfect. I got hot stone treatment and aromatherapy with my massage. The hot stone technique was amazing! They chose the essential oil based on my desire to relax and relieve tension and I was not disappointed. I received a deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what I needed. If I am back in Destin in the future, I'll book another couples massage. I recommend the 1 hour and 20 minute massage! It is the most I have ever paid for a couples massage, however, we're on vacation, I'd do it again! read more

I have to start out by saying my therapist was great. But... i had 2 friends with me and at checkout, one handed her therapist a $20 cash tip, as did I. Well, her therapist took the money and walked back towards the back and came back and handed my friend her money back and told her there was a minimum of $30 tip enforced by the owners of the establishment. We have never encountered this and thought it was very tacky. When I tip at a restaurant, I go by ticket subtotal. When I have a service done, I do a flat amount. I know some will disagree with this and to each their own, but in my opinion it was tacky. read more

Krystal did AMAZING, best massage experience ever! I get massages frequently and have for years. It is hard finding a great therapist that applies the perfect pressure, knows where to find the knots, and works them out without leaving you in pain. I left relaxed, refreshed, and extremely pleased with my visit. I felt skeptical going to a new place but the positive reviews and the very easy online scheduling tool helped me decide to try it out and I'm very glad I did!
