When he started to work he told me he had to remove some wood we use for storage and when he was done he would lay place it back without screws. I approved it. Come to my garage and now he's removing the Styrofoam backing and I'm OK with it.I figured it's fine I can always add screws no big deal. Long story short he broke the backings and when he was he done he just threw the wood and broken pieces where my storage goes, made a huge mess and didn't clean up after himself. Left Styrofoam and screws all over my garage floor! Not only did I pay $740 but I got to clean up after him,I got a flat tire cause I drove on a screw he left on the floor, and get to pay to get it fixed but now I have to pay someone to replace the Styrofoam backing to my storage section and replace the wood panels! Definitely won't use this company again and don't Recommend them! They did get it done on a Saturday but took advantage of the situation and did a poor job

I had a swell time ripping off the old doors and bolting in some new ones. The installation technique I requested was unique and David gave me some extra parts free of charge! A couple days later I noticed that the main bottom seal on one of the doors was pinched and letting lots of air flow through. I talked to Tom, who I believe is the owner, and he sent David back over that day. David looked at it, went back to the shop, then came back a 1/2 hour later with a brand new seal. Project #2 I had some old field fencing that needed removed and the new fence updated to match the fence on the rest of the property. David was very helpful with achieving the end result I indicated. The initial estimate included one new gate and reusing one existing gate. After seeing the new gate, I decided to have them build the other gate as well. The crew came out in the middle of the winter, the fellows were working in cold and wet weather. They were very upbeat, positive attitudes throughout, friendly and professional. There was one terminal post that had shifted and was not perpendicular after the concrete dried. I sent a picture to Seattle Garage Doors and Gate Repair , they were more than happy to come out and reset the terminal post which included the angled bracing post. Again, despite the weather, the installers were great!! Seattle Garage Doors is more than just a name with these folks - it is the way they do business, the quality of the job, the crew that they have I'm very happy! Thanks fellas.

The poll fell over again in less than 3 months. I had to hire another company at 1/2 the price to dig a new hole and fill with concreate to reseat the pole. They also wanted over $800,00 more for a motor than another company for the same motor. Then they had the nerve to change me another $125.00 for a service call. I sent a check and 3 months later was told that I did not send them a check. I had to send them a copy of a canceled . check . They used to be good. Not anymore.

So overall it took about 2 days to get a new gate opener installed. The device is heavy duty and much easier to troubleshoot if there is a power outage. Overall it was a seamless and easy process.
