While we were there, we noticed another customer's banana split waiting to be handed out, and it also had an uncut banana, so this clearly wasn't an isolated mistake. On top of that, the customer service at the drive-thru was poor. The employee repeatedly responded with "Anything else?" after nearly everything we said in a tone that came across as impatient and unfriendly. It made us feel rushed rather than welcomed. A banana split is a basic menu item, and after receiving three incorrectly prepared desserts, combined with the lack of friendly service, I can't recommend this location. Based on my experience, there seems to be a lack of attention to detail and quality control. I hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve better.
