Aside from the only one employee doing all the work, this was such a great find for us! We're always looking for dessert shops who don't add a bunch of added junk to make things taste good. This was such a treat for us since I am a diabetic, I can't really enjoy many desserts since they spike my sugar levels, so I was glad that we found a place that only sweetened their ice cream with honey.
