They sent me a text message to get Support which directed me to call the same number. I already called and I selected the option it told me and it just put me in a loop. I waited to see if the pending charge would fall off. It did not. I now have a charge for ice that I did not receive. I tried calling back today and I'm just getting in the same loop. I tried calling the number that's on their website. I also just got dumped straight to voicemail. I have not received a call back from Friday when I left them a message. I tried calling TTI Support and there's no option to talk to somebody at their number. You're just supposed to email you try to chat. It says hours for their chat but then says their chat's not available. Basically they'll take your money if you get ice straight if you don't, it looks like your pretty much out of luck. I left a message on their main number. I'm giving them until tomorrow to contact me back if they don't I'm gonna file a charge back with my credit card company buyer beware.

I compared services when shopping for my event and was pleased with the customer service and the value that Emergency Ice delivers. As their name implies, they got you covered if you have an emergency or an event, but if you own a retail store and sell ice, they can supply you with that as well. That is not the service I used them for, so I cannot speak to much as to how that works, I just know it is a service they are able to provide you if you need it. Anyway, we all host events from time to time, next time you do, I encourage you to keep these guys in mind as their delivery makes it a lot easier than making a bunch of trips and lugging ice around yourself for the event.

Even though the office was closed the woman that answered the phone was so nice and allowed my husband to come to the warehouse and purchase enough ice to keep our fish frozen.
