I waited to see if the pending charge would fall off. It did not. I now have a charge for ice that I did not receive. I tried calling back today and I'm just getting in the same loop. I tried calling the number that's on their website. I also just got dumped straight to voicemail. I have not received a call back from Friday when I left them a message. I tried calling TTI Support and there's no option to talk to somebody at their number. You're just supposed to email you try to chat. It says hours for their chat but then says their chat's not available. Basically they'll take your money if you get ice straight if you don't, it looks like your pretty much out of luck. I left a message on their main number. I'm giving them until tomorrow to contact me back if they don't I'm gonna file a charge back with my credit card company buyer beware.

Once I observed the mineral buildup from using Garland tap water in my turtle's environment, I concluded that I didn't want that going in my body and decided to give this place a try. That was several years ago. This summer, I've noticed an odor and less than desirable taste in the tap water, which only adds to my reasons for coming here. Their water is purified and has no odor or bad taste to it. Just pure, clean water, like it should be. Very reasonable price to pay for avoiding potential health problems and the friendly staff helps out, too!

You can save time by pre-paying for your water. This location is conveniently located in the same shopping complex as Albertsons and across street from Home Depot and CVS. There is usually one person working and he always has a smile on his face and will definitely put you in a good mood. We usually bring in four 5-gallon jugs and we're in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In fact, you can temporarily park in front of the store so you can easily load the jugs into the car after they are filled. The guy will even help you load the bottles without asking! I was so happy to have found them because the location is very close to Hope Park. This place offers full service bottle refill, nugget ice, water coolers, and other water supplies. The process is simple: I back my car up into a parking spot, carry my water bottles into the store or if they aren't too busy and see me they will come out and assist me in bringing my empty bottles into the store, they rinse and fill my bottles with fresh water, I pay and then they load them into my car. Everyone I have encountered was helpful and friendly. They even let my son fill up his water bottle when we come from the park. The interior is clean and always has a fresh smell. The water is good, and doesn't have an aftertaste. They also offer alkaline water if you're in need of it. They have basic reverse osmosis water for pets, plants and diffusers. I usually get the purified drinking water for my kiddos to drink and alkaline for when I workout. Overall, we are happy with the water and service we get from Lone Star H2O. We will continue to use them for all of our drinking water needs!
