I figured Michael G. the president of Valley plumbing would come back with a lame excuse. So, for my edification I called two different plumbing companies with two different plumbers, Veterans Plumbing, and KB Plumbing. I asked them to tell me where the water on the floor was coming from. Both independent plumbers agreed on the same issue that there was a crack inside the tank and when the water was hot enough the crack opened up and the water would leak. Also, both companies indicated that this Brock White had rust inside, is this reasonable for a new water tank, I don't think so. I will see you in Court

Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120.
